Employees here have such a bad attitude

Had the worst experience here tonight. Worker with septum piercing and neck tattoos had a nasty attitude from the moment we walked in. I asked if I could had a footlong on herb and cheese and she said "no because I don't even have that". I let that slide because maybe she was just being blunt. Then I asked for two footling meatballs and she said "do you expect me to still have meatballs 30 minutes before I close?" Instead of just saying she was out. I told her I was going to leave a review about her bad attitude and as I walked out and she said " I really hope you do". As someone who used to manage the downtown subway I expect more from the staff and I know Ross and russ do as well. I find her behavior disgusting, she didn't even greet us when we walked in and was visibly bothered by our presence from the minute we arrived.

Since when do you pay for cheese on a sub?If I'd of known it was an EXTRA 1.50 I wouldn't have ordered. NO MORE SUBWAY.

I am once again displeased and distraught at the terrible service at Subway. I am unsure what the confusion is recently concerning the artisan Italian bread, but it bewilders me that I have gotten my sub sandwiches for years with this type of bread, and now, for the second time in a row, there has been trouble with ordering a sub with this bread. I walk into this subway location, and ask for my usual sub with the artisan Italian bread. The person making my sub ensured me my order would be made trouble-free, but I quickly became mortified when the employee making my sub said, “okay so you wanted the BLT?” Make no mistake, this employee thought I ordered a BL-fricking-T. I kept calm, however, and repeated my order but to no avail, as the employee tried to confirm my order once again and asked if I ordered a “spicy artisan sandwich”. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. There was simply no way this employee could mistake my simple order for their utterly monstrous guess for a spicy artisan sandwich. I, again, remained calm. There was little trouble after the sub-type and bread selection problem, and I finally got to eat my rather disappointing sub. Next time you think about eating at this location, save yourself the time and the hassle as nothing could prepare you for the ordeal you will surely face if you dare eat here.

DO NOT PLAY SUBWAYS CLAW MACHINE ITS A RIPOFF AND ITS RIGGED TO NOT BE ABLE TO GRAB WELL. VENDOR OWNER PUSHES TOYS DOWN SO THEY ARE UNABLE TO MOVE WHEN GETTING GRABBED BY WEAK CLAW. MACHINE ALSO CLEARLY STATES THAT THE MACHINE COSTS $1 TO PLAY YET IF YOU USE A CARD IT FIRST APPEARS AS A $1.50 CHARGE UNTIL IT CLEARS FOR $5. ITS A RIPOFF AND IT MAKES THIS SUBWAY LOOK REALLY BAD BECAUSE EVERYONE THINKS ITS THEIR MACHINE. THIS IS HOW WALMART MAKES SUBWAY LOOK...LIKE THIEVES.

At approximately 10:30A.M., on Monday 3/27/23, I just finished shopping at Walmart and wanted to buy a dozen chocolate chip cookies.I noticed there were 14 choc. chip cookies already baked. I asked for a dozen and the lady at the counter said she couldn’t sell me that many because that’s all she has for the entire day. I said never mind then, I don’t want any.” She said that she was sorry and I said, “it’s your loss, if you don’t wanna sell the cookies that you have, I don’t want any” and walked out.This experience leads to several questions:Why wouldn’t you sell me what you have?Why would Subway hire people that do this?Why wouldn’t you have enough cookies in stock or maybe why wouldn’t you just bake some more if they are in stock?This was absurd! I am very disappointed

Stopped in walmart around 6pm to get a couple items, seen my cousin Bella working and i figured i would get a cookie. One of the employees named Lexie decided to come up to me and demand me to get out when i had no confrontation with her prior to walking in. She was very rude! definitely won’t be coming back.

Employee was extremely rude. What a joke. Even asked her how she was doing and didn’t even answer. I can tell she didn’t even care to be there. Food was at least good. I can tell that I’ve had better customer service than this. Don’t worry, I’ll come back

Came in with a massive order and the only guy who was there to take it did a fantastic job. He was very quick and polite. I can’t wait to come in and have him serve me again. That guy deserves a raise.
