Hands down the worst drive through in town. Pulled into the drive through and there were 4 cars ahead of us. Took 33 min to get through and get our food. We could've eaten at Casa Del Rio faster than taco bell. Took one order, let them pull up, pay, and wait to give that same car the food before taking the next order. The bratty, triggered, emo kids working in there should've been fired a long time ago. I've never encountered a level of laziness combined with such incompetence in my entire life. If you are the owner of taco bell, and you're looking to go out of business, you're doing a stellar job.

My food was just thrown into the bag, exploded everywhere and the two things that hadn’t were upside down and dumped when they were picked up. I’ve been going to this Taco Bell since I was a teenager and never had a problem until this last year or so. Something needs to be fixed this is ridiculous.

Ordered delivery. Received not 1 thing I ordered. I received 2 tacos and some flat bread thing. I need my money back. Please close your doors and stop robbing people. I’m going to contact the ftc on deceptive advertising. Taco Bell clearly can’t deliver on what it is offering by all these negative reviews. Should be a class action lawsuit against Taco Bell wadsworth.

It should not take so long for someone to ask me for my order in the drive thru. Especially when they close and lock the lobby doors for a whole day every day. I’m so sick and tired waiting for this Taco Bell to give me my food. Side note. I DoorDash on the side and right now I’m waiting for two doordash

Google said open until 3am. I used the app to place a mobile order for one chicken taco while stopping on a long drive. The Taco Bell mobile app stated I had 39 minutes to order at 11:11 pm. I was at the drive thru window by 11:15 pm and was told they were closed over the speaker. The app already took my money. What I don’t understand is why isn’t Google or the app displaying they close at 11 pm? The Taco Bell mobile app stated they closed at 12.

Why is the lobby closed at 7:00?????? The other day it was even earlier. Then while the lobby is closed this early you have to wait in drive thru line at the minimum 20 mins, and thats being generous. This place is notorious having to use drive thru only. Being a dasher i have to unassign my order and lose money because of it. 😡 i dont understand why anyone would wait so long anyway, food isnt the greatest.
