I was in The Sub Station today during a very difficult interaction with a customer. The staff handled themselves with as much patience and composure as possible under extreme provocation. After the situation resolved, I was treated kindly, and the team made sure I had a great experience. I got a meatball sub, and now I am stuffed to the rafters! Always choose kindness. I’ll absolutely be back!
The older mom threw our tray of food at the the table stuff flew off of it . Bacon was missing from a BLT!
My sandwich was not edible I sent it back. then she threw the money at the table
Then when I tried to get a cup to go nobody would help and they only had one customer in there
Then I told the lady what happened and she flew off the handle and just told me to leave
I have been customer for 40 years
Never again !
The Sub Station is absolutely THE BEST!!! The food is delicious, the service is wonderful, and the environment is so welcoming. The only thing better than their food is the family that owns and operates it. Matt & Shelly, their family (as well as the long time employees) are so humble and kind, you will leave here feeling like, and being treated like family!
