Been coming here for a couple years, never had any problems until this past weekend. Came on Friday, there was a bartender I had never seen before, she had a bunch of missing teeth, she handed me my drink and i noticed something floating in it right away, waited for her to come back and I had told her there’s something in it and I just want a can of something instead. I’ve had this happen before and whenever it has i’ve always been offered for it to be remade and at least an apology but i never got that. paid and left. Saturday came back with my man and ordered 2 White gummy bear drinks. I’ve had this a lot when i go out so i know how it should taste, i noticed she grabbed pinnacle off the shelf and it kind of looked like it had a little chocolate on it so my man asked her if it was chocolate and she said it was cherry which is weird because cherry doesn’t go in that drink but okay. I take a sip and it doesn’t taste good, i go to sign my receipt and it’s $14.01 for 2. I ordered the same drink 2 weeks prior and they were not that much. My man finally gets to talk to her after being rudely ignored for 10 mins straight, he said i don’t want to be rude but usually there’s raspberry in this right? she started yelling and was offensive right off the bat, told us we can leave and have a good night when we just wanted our drink made. My man went back inside to get refunded because we just paid for nothing, she was all his face yelling, being rude and shoved the receipt in his face walked away, and when he asked for it back she ignored him again so he left. I have never been treated like that in a bar or anywhere period. All the bartenders at the tavern are always wonderful and nice but for some reason that woman with the missing teeth was so nasty. I don’t know why someone wants to work at a bar if they can’t handle being asked questions and being asked for the drink to be remade. instead she wants to kick us out of the bar and make a scene at her own place of work. Either she needs to be trained more or fired because that behavior is absolutely disgusting and will send other people far away that have been loyal customers. If i could give it zero stars for my experience i would. i also have NOT gotten back my money even though it should be in my account by now.
