I ordered two fish sandwich's. Had to be the worst fish i ever ate. Lettuce was like chewing paper, the fish was dry and chewy and tasted like a shoe.

If you ask for a burger without cheese, they give you an old cheeseburger and attempt to scrape off the cheese, but don’t even bother to get it all off. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Pretty consistent horrible service at this location

Diet coke was carbonated water and the double stack was stale
1 year later 3/15/25- 10:45 pm, supposed to be open. All lights off inside and drive through light on. No one around. McDonald's is killing it. If I owned this place I'd fire everyone working.

Whatever you do, don't order from the Wendy's app from this location. Missing an $8 burger and the rest of the food was cold and poorly packed.

I didn't get part of my order, this happens all the time. So I went back for my frosty and I watched this gentleman keep moving his hair out of his face with his bare hands take off the previous lid toss it in the garbage brush his hair back with his hands multiple times and then puts a new lid on and did not wash his hands. His hair is already greasy, and even if his hair wasn't greasy it's not okay. And when I asked the lady at the window what his name was she replied oh that's my brother. I nicely replied I didn't ask who he was I asked what his name was. He did the exact same thing to my order last week. Discuss it and disappointed where are there gloves He's handling money and then touching the lids of cups we drink out of. It's flu season everybody!

I mean you get what you pay for, but this place gets my order incorrect the majority of the times that I go there. There is always something missing, seriously check your bags before you leave the drive through line. It's to the point I go to any other fast food place in town unless I really want something from Wendy's. It seems to be the worst at dinner time, the two early 20 something guys that work the drive through at dinner time do not pay attention, I actually heard the manager telling them that the last time I had to go back for missing food.

I never review anything but this Wendy’s has been horrible the last few times we’ve been here. Trash on the floor, no napkins in the dispensers, no ice in either soda machine, food took forever, line of people waiting to be helped, all while one poor girl was trying to do everything at the counter by herself and the “managers” were sitting in the lobby having a “meeting”. At least once we got the food after about 15 mins it tasted good.

Worst Wendy’s around!!!!! Lobby is never open! Service is extremely slow. Need to shut it down if it is going to be run like this. 40 minutes in the drive thru. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Was hungry for a burger and decided to stop at Wendy’s as they typically have better burgers than most fast food places.

Pulled into the drive thru which was fairly crowded yet the line moved pretty quickly.

I ordered a single with: cheese, lettuce tomato, and mayo.

Once at the window the young guy was not very friendly at all. Minimal conversation and no thank you.

Once I arrived at home and opened my burger with a pathetically minimal amount of toppings I recalled the Wendy’s commercials of years ago. The one with the old lady asking “where’s the beef?” Except in this instance she would have said “where are the toppings?”. Pretty much a joke.. a tiny slice of tomato… a single sprig of lettuce… a quarter sized spot of mayonnaise. Truly pathetic!!!

Why is the dining room at this location constantly closed? Why am I always missing 1-2 things from my online order every time I come here? I give this place a shot every so often, surely they can't still be terrible right? Wrong. Slowest service, worst consistency of any fast food place in Wadsworth.
