The girl working the drive thru said they were closed because all their systems were down, yet they unlocked the doors for their teen friends to go in. This location also goes cash only way too often. Poor ownership and management.

Why can't you give zero stars? Is Wendy's even trying anymore. Don't waste your time. Looks like a bunch of walking dead cast in the back. They move like the slow ones from season 15 though. The cashier guy up front hasn't learned how to talk yet. Stood there for 8 minutes thinking I was being punked or the Impractical Jokers were going to jump out. I ended up ordering and thats when the real waiting started. Iv been here for a half hour now and now have to pee again because of this terrible soda machine keep refilling my cup, You won't be able to get in the bathrooms though because the floors are to slippery to get traction to open the door. I think im going to go get gas and run some errands then come back and wait some more. O WAIT ITS FINALLY READY, now I can continue my journey after 45 minutes. I hope it was worth it i feel sorry for the people that just came in. I forgot to mention I beat rush hour and no one was in front of me

They were making fart joke/noises around my food at 10:40pm. These 16 year old kid employees. I felt too grossed out to eat afterwards. I didn't touch my salad. Disgusting.

Got 2 subpar tiny plain sandwiches, unsalted small fry even though I wanted more salt and a unsweetened SWEET tea for over 25 dollars. Didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. Took forever to get it, and it felt like a funeral home going inside.
Went thru for breakfast at 9 am on Saturday 6-28 the drive thru sign had not been flipped to breakfast, then the guy on the speaker was full of attitude along with the rest of the kids working inside . The food was cold and not made right , they sure have changed it used to be so good

Used to be a good wendys, never come here anymore. 4 or 5 people working inside and they cannot open the inside for an order pick-up. When they need to make an order they all stand around and asked each other questions and one employee just holding the other like they on a date. If you get an online order, dont say you'll make it when I come to the window, should already of been being prepared. Hired nothing but young idiots with no work ethic or common sense
