Went inside because the drive through was wrapped around the building around 1:30 P.M. Only two people ahead of us inside. Yet took over 25 minutes to get our order taken. There isn't any one major thing wrong, it's the whole process. Needs new management, or if there isn't, some management.

Been here a handful of times, and I have to tell you, they do a great job with hiring friendly staff. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff..younger and older. Sense of humor, manners, and good at this jobs. I see these folks working as a team. This location always has a clean seating area and bathroom. One of my favorite Wendy's!

Wendy’s in Wadsworth Ohio is a great location just off the highway. Very professional & friendly staff. Cute Christmas decorations. Nice sign that staff was scrubbing dining room tables and chairs. I highly suggest this location.

This is the 4th time in a row that my order was messed up. I asked for the vanilla brownie batter frostie, and I got a chocolate Oreo frostie… Also the tall colored man with black white and pink dreads kept telling his employees to shut up, and kept on giving comments that were harassing, rude, and awful to his co-workers. This was loud enough to hear from the whole store, and made it a public event. Otherwise the food that was correct was good!

They have a big issue with asking for an extra 2oz of ranch dressing. I’ve never been refused condiments before, but the guy on register at the drive through had a big issue with parting with critical company stock(ranch dressing)

I'm not sure what's happened to this Wendy's location, but something needs to change again. Continual long waits for food that is rubbery and cold... Which means the food isn't being cooked so that's not what you're waiting for. I'm sitting in the drive-thru at the window and I look in and there's a girl dancing at the drink station. Two girls leaning on the counter with their phones out. Another girl just standing there staring at those two. A guy that walks from the back to the front and is kind of pointing to these individuals and he looks confused as the he's not sure who's supposed to be doing what. I waited in line for about 15 minutes before I got to the speaker. Told them My mobile order. Then it took about another 10 minutes to get the food. And the food is cold and rubbery.
I love Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich and I love Wendy's burgers. And it's a shame that I would rather drive 25 to 30 minutes away to go to a different Wendy's and eat in my car on the way home instead of being able to take it to my home and eat it. It is absolutely insane. The Taco Bell in Wadsworth had issues for a little bit but there issues where they were understaffed. What's the issue here at Wendy's? Because they clearly have enough people.
I could not in my heart of hearts give this just one star overall. Because I know it's not always like this. But it seems to be like this every single time I've come here within maybe this past year.

My step daughter was suppose to get dripping sauce fur her nuggets with her Wednesday's meal. But there was none in the bag when her mom brought her home.
