I haven't typically had a good experience at this Wendy's, but Thursday night was great. Our cashier, Bella, was very attentive to our order and made sure we got everything in a timely manner. She even made sure to wipe off our ice cream cups and serve them to us clean! That's good service.

This place is the only reason I still have faith in Wendy’s. The one in Norton, the one next to Chick Fil A in fairlawn, literally all of them in Akron, all trash. This is the Diamond in the rough.
I dunno if it’s getting toward the country but they have an Amish like discipline here. I can’t recall a single bad experience and the wait times are what you’d expect at a well run Chick Fil A.
