First time at The Skillet. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and it was very good. Great service, the place was nice and clean, and my food came out fast and hot. My waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Normally, I like going to The Skillet for a meal. I'll go once a week. I get great food that gets done fast even when they're busy (in about 10 minutes). Today, it was going on 2 o'clock and there was only 2 orders that came in after mine. It took 5 minutes to get coffee and silverware and then 25 minutes to get an omelet, bacon, and home fries. The waitress claimed it wasn't her fault that it was the kitchen. My order was put in at least 10 minutes before the next order was placed my one man. The bacon and fries were over-cooked, but, the omelet turned out good. I suspect after I pointed out that my order was late that the cook had forgot to check my food because everyone was talking through the window, and he had to remake the omelet. Fine! I got my food; late and at full price. No, we're sorry for our mistake and no discount. Why is this ok when the place was almost empty?

By far the best Reuben I have ever had made for me! Hubs loved the Goulash also! We will be back.
Food is always good. Don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here. Faith, our waitress was very attentive, even though it was very busy there

Life lessons were learned here. The battered chunks and to die for!
Three days on a business and vacation trip and this is where I ate. Wonderful service and food quality. Very fair prices. Kind and congenial staff. This restaurant is how restaurants were in past eras. Locals favorite and a travelers respite. Thanks for being here.

I had a friend come in town for a day visit and we started with lunch at the Skillet. My friend ordered the chicken quesadilla which was loaded with chicken and cheese. Then lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa and sour cream came on the side. She loved it. I ordered a farmers omelette because breakfast is the best meal to have anytime of the day or night. The omelette and the home fries were cooked perfectly. I like coming here, unfortunately I don't always have time to make it before they close in the afternoon.

Picked up a train wreck skillet with corned beef. Wow!!! Big pieces of corned beef in the skillet. Best skillet I've ever had. I'll be back for more.

Great food for a great price!
Susie’s Skillets is the perfect spot for a delicious, hearty breakfast! Our soccer team and families came here for breakfast, and we had such a great time. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was cooked to perfection, from the fluffy pancakes to the crispy bacon and perfectly seasoned skillets. You can really taste the homemade quality in every bite!
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure our large group was well taken care of. Even with a full house, the service was fast, and everyone got their meals hot and fresh. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to sit back and enjoy a meal with family and friends.
If you’re in the Walbridge area and looking for a great breakfast spot, Susie’s Skillets is definitely the place to go. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town!
