First time at The Skillet. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and it was very good. Great service, the place was nice and clean, and my food came out fast and hot. My waitress was very friendly and helpful.
Normally, I like going to The Skillet for a meal. I'll go once a week. I get great food that gets done fast even when they're busy (in about 10 minutes). Today, it was going on 2 o'clock and there was only 2 orders that came in after mine. It took 5 minutes to get coffee and silverware and then 25 minutes to get an omelet, bacon, and home fries. The waitress claimed it wasn't her fault that it was the kitchen. My order was put in at least 10 minutes before...
Three days on a business and vacation trip and this is where I ate. Wonderful service and food quality. Very fair prices. Kind and congenial staff. This restaurant is how restaurants were in past eras. Locals favorite and a travelers respite. Thanks for being here.
