On February 12th around 3:00 PM at the new 7 Brew in Warren, Ohio, I witnessed a manager approach a newer employee working in the outside drive-thru booth, tell her she couldn’t have a drink because customers might see it, and then take the drink from her.
I was honestly shocked—I even looked over at my wife and said, “No way I just heard that.” What made it even more surprising was that the drink was in a 7 Brew–branded cup. Personally, I think it reflects positively on the company when employees are enjoying the product they’re serving.
Employees working outside should be allowed to stay hydrated, especially in warmer conditions. There are ways to maintain a professional image without denying basic needs like water.
This reflected poorly on management and made me question how employees are treated at this location. I hope leadership addresses this.

I’ve came 5 times already and had exceptional service every single time!!! Shannon is the absolute best! She helped me pick out several drinks now, and she is so good with people. 10/10 experience!

I went around 9 and it was BUSY. but the line was faster than Chick-fil-A. I didn't even wait for longer than 2 minutes and the only reason why I waited because I was talking to the girl that was working. She was nice and very informative. Music was nice. She wasn't the only nice one either. Not to mention the free small drinks certain hours is AMAZING. I wish they would get drangonfruit though !!
