Arby’s does not have the meats smh. 25 minutes in a drive thru for 2 things is awful. They charged me for a shake and drink they said the shake machine was broken after charging me for it. Then had to be reminded 2 times for the drink

All but the tater cakes were good today. The grease tasted rancid so it ruined the taste of the potato. Otherwise, this is one of our favorite places to go in Hermitage

I really don’t know what happened to this location, but it is not good. The dining room hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Just from where I sit, I can count 9 tables that have food and/or trash on them. The men’s bathroom is absolutely disgusting; gobs of wet toilet paper on the floor, overflowing garbage can and the sink looks like a diesel mechanic washed their hands in it. The food was “ok” but considering that it wasn’t very hot, it makes me wonder how long it sat before I got it. No napkins and the drink station was a mess. It looks like someone spilled pop all over the place.
If you’re really wanting Arby’s, pass this one up and go to the one on 422 in Niles. It’s cleaner and your food is actually hot when you get it (I dined in by the way).
Also, you should probably tell your employees to refrain from swearing loud enough that they can be heard in the dining area. Especially when it’s about a customer.

I've never had an issue with this place until tonight. Don't bother visiting if they're busy because they apparently can't handle it. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru while they focused ONLY on inside orders and they let the lady in front of me come back through for a mistake they had to correct instead of making her go inside. I left without anything and I'm thoroughly irritated at how poor their team skills were tonight!
