Bathroom was dirty and trashcan was sitting on floor not in wall like it was supposed to be service was ok i never eat in at a fast food place i always take it to go

I've never had an issue with this place until tonight. Don't bother visiting if they're busy because they apparently can't handle it. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru while they focused ONLY on inside orders and they let the lady in front of me come back through for a mistake they had to correct instead of making her go inside. I left without anything and I'm thoroughly irritated at how poor their team skills were tonight!

this is the worst Arby's in town. every time I have ever went to this location the food is always cold and old. the only reason I got food from this Arbys today is because I accidentally ordered from the wrong location in the app . I'm assuming that this is a franchise location because it's always consistently bad . my poppers look and tasted like they were left over from yesterday soggy cold and nasty. go to the Arby's in howland on East market st the food there is always hot fresh and good

I have been coming here since they opened, it seems that the service is lacking. Tonight when I came in there was no one for customer service, the sign light out. The foods not bad but if it's drive thru only say so.

Highly disappointed in this location. The customer service from the managers were extremely unprofessional and rude. I was able to get my refund on the cold half way cooked mozzarella sticks but they kept my receipt to make a complaint so this will do just fine.

When yall do grub hub orders yal should really make the food once the person gets there I'm 4 months pregnant and yall served me ice cold fries forgot my kids food and gave me under cooked chicken strips that I and my unborn child could get sick from a lawsuit waiting to happen

The prices are too high. They had happy hour and took it away. Then they had 3 for 5.00. Now that is gone. We were here at least 4 day's a week. We won't be back with the high prices.

Absolutely horrible. Do not recommend. No excuse for the lack of service and 19 + minute wait. Ended up walking in after pulling around to wait like instructed because the 5 minute wait turned into a 19 minute wait, even though at least 5 people were working and no one else was in line ahead of me and only 1 maybe 2 cars came after me. Asked for a refund then had to dig through my purse to get their change so they could give me back my $20.00 instead od the difference. Never going there again.
