Came here on a whim for lunch and was blown away! Everything from the atmosphere, service, food, and drinks was simply amazing. Our server was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Can't wait to come back and try more things!
We had a fabulous dinner. The food was excellent and the wait staff were attentive and professional. I had the salmon bowl and I highly recommend it! My only complaint is the live music. We went there to talk and enjoy a meal. We had to leave as we could not hear when the music started. It was early in the evening and another table of ladies near us had the same complaint. They could not converse. Live music is great I felt they could have been in the background so we could still have a conversation, enjoy our meal and the music.

As this was our first time dining here at Barrel 33 we didn't know what to expect, we didn't know whether the food was going to be any good, or how attentive the wait staff was going to be, we weren't expecting alot, as our other dining experiences have let us down before we were thinking this was going to be the same old same old.
To our surprise the wait staff was very attentive keeping our drinks refilled, they never ran empty, when it came to our appetizer and our food they were always asking how it was, if we needed anything else. the wait staff are amazing and if not for just the food being great we would definitely dine here again.
The food was immaculate, we had the deep fried pickles appetizer and I will tell you straight from the heart I've never had fried pickles as delicious as these were, not even Quaker Steak has pickles this delicious. 10/10
We each ordered the Philly cheesesteak, hers with the garlic aoli and mine without, and I have to say we were both surprised at how delicious, savory, and tender the steak was. This is the type of dining experience we have expected but have never gotten to witness. Barrel 33 has really out done themselves.
The only problem I had and I'm sure my wife probably had was the Ambiance, the music was great, but the lighting was terrible it was difficult to read the menus and I was almost at the point where I was going to turn on the flashlight on my phone to read what was available but it's nothing to complain about, these old tired eyes just don't see very well anymore and it's not their fault. yes I would have liked a little more light to see, but I get it, the feel they were going for, which makes the overall dining experience enjoyable and pleasant.
Thank you Barrel 33 for a great evening out with my babydoll. we will definitely visit again.

All-around a great experience- everything from the variety of drinks, the atmosphere, the music, and of course, the food! Our server was great and the manager made us feel like truly valued guests. Can't wait to try something different the next time we're in.

Popped in the a quick bite with some friends. Our friends are vegan and were able to find multiple items on the menu that met their dietary needs.

Absolutely obsessed—Barrel 33 is a must-visit! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxed but elevated—the perfect mix of cozy and cool. The service was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. I ordered the Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini, and it was hands down one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Just the right balance of sweet and tart, and so refreshing. The Hangover Burger was everything you want in comfort food—juicy, flavorful, and stacked with all the good stuff. Total perfection. Barrel 33 knows how to do it right—amazing food, incredible drinks, and a vibe that makes you want to stay all night. I’ll absolutely be back!
One of my favorite local spots for dinner and drinks. Always great, always classy. I love recommending to friends and family.
Amazing atmosphere! Brunch is exceptional, and the truffle fries are so delish. 🫶🏼

Barrell 33 has great food, excellent service, and a refreshed atmosphere, all which enhances the dining experience. It’s a perfect spot for a memorable meal or to share some cocktails! I definitely recommend!
Since they've changed their format to more of a restaurant environment, my husband and I have changed our opinion. We are beer geeks and we loved the beer/wine aspect of the previous format, but not the food. I've had the chicken milanese and also the Asia Chicken Bowl. Husband had the meatloaf--twice! They were all excellent. They still have great beer selections, too, and the service was also excellent. In fact, I'm meeting friends there this week!
The cauliflower bites are delicious! I've been to this place a few times. Amazing service, amazing food. The portions are the perfect size, and they make a mean espresso martini!

Can say nothing good, wasn't able to try the food as they refused payment with a barrel 33 gift card. Of course, if you won't honor your gift cards, I won't be paying for my meal with real cash instead.
Cashier was instructed to make some lame excuse about new owners, clearly wasn't the first time she had to turn someone down, and I didn't make a fuss with her because she had no control. New owners shouldn't matter, years ago, barrel 33 took money to buy a gift card (in exchange for a promise to provide services in the future), sat on it for years as menu prices increased and inflation happened and now they refuse to even honor the original value of the money given to barrel 33 the company.
New owner, shame on you, you took over an existing restaurant. You took over the good will and prestige and hard work of the prior owners years of providing good service, and you now trade on their name a name you didn't build up in our community, a name you merely purchased, and if you were a semi competent business owner, or if you went through a business lawyer they would have adjusted the purchase price based on outstanding debts (such as gift cards) and assets such as equipment and inventory on hand.
Upon purchasing an established business, You also inherited/took on those minor debts such as ~$48 in gift cards in my possession, and probably a couple thousand worth of other unredeemed gift cards in the hands of other members of the Howland community, hardworking people who gave their money (interest free and with no compensation for inflation) to barrel 33, they trusted barrel 33 to be there and provide that service in the future, by refusing gift cards issued by prior owner you are spitting in the face of that trust given to barrel 33 by the Howlan
d community. Not cool. I suspect this review may turn off at least 1 or 2 customers who might have spent way more than 48 bucks there, and I hope they also leave reviews
on why they chose not to support barrel 33 in the future.
