Shockingly rude and unprofessional staff. A woman named Nicole who claimed to be the manager refused to place my order for a burger, then cussed me out when I asked for the number for her corporate office to call. I know fast food is hurting for staff right now, but surely even the Warren location can do better than this.

I didn't order any food, however I did go inside to use the restroom. And WOW. I walked right back out of that restaurant in complete disgust.. ? That restaurant is not cleanly AT ALL..

The tea tastes old.. like no one cleans the machine. I specifically ask for no mayo n get mayo everytime. Everytime I've asked for a chicken club sandwich with tomato I get it with no tomato. Absolutely awful experience every time.

HORRIBLE service! I've been waiting at the window over 15 minutes now for 2 VERY simple doordash orders.I pulled up and the girl told me to wait because she was gossiping with her coworker. I could hear and see the whole thing. They are VERY unprofessional and rude! Won't be taking orders here anymore at night. They have no sense of urgency. Fast Food doesn't mean fast AT ALL here!

The old man manager is very slow at taking orders and tried telling me that they don't make lunch food during breakfast when I know for a fact that they do. Then he tried telling me that the broiler wasn't warm enough then changed his mind and said it was? He said it will be a 15 minute wait. I don't mind waiting but I don't know anything in fast food that takes 15 minutes too cook. Honestly I wish the drive thru wasn't a one way or I would have gladly pulled out of the line. Yall need some better staff. I had to edit this already 2 minutes later. So I got my food and it was wrong ?. I was the only car in line. Yall need better staff

Worse BK ever!!! Went there for my lunch break an sat in the drive-thru for 30 mins was late goin back an all the employees was standing around doin nothing!!!!!! I won'tet my dog eat there now!!!

The worst!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! It's sad I used to love coming here as it's close to my house but after my last experience the other day I'll never go back... The service I got was horrible.. I was meet with attitude and rudeness for simply trying to order their food.. then was told they don't have this or that like what kind of burger King don't have onion rings?? That's one of the only reasons to go there.. and I'm almost certain the other things they told me they were out of is just because they didn't feel like making it.. I get the whole world is short staffed but go work somewhere else if you're going to be rude n mean to customers.. please if you live in Warren or even visiting do not I repeat do not subject your self or family to this place!!!!! I generally try to leave positive reviews while honest at the same time but I have not one good thing to say about this b k... This was like 2 days ago so June 27th 2022..

I did an online order. Waited at the speaker for 11 minutes while the car at the window cleared. Then I waited another 9 minutes while they made my order. Funny thing is I heard them tell the car at the speaker to wait. They only did one car a a time. Not going there any more.

Terrible food. Chicken nuggets were cold and DRY. Mozzarella sticks were not least bit warm. Sandwich had also been sitting for longer than should have been. All food was thrown in garbage . Not going back ever. Girl said when Zi called and told her about the food, “ all food is made when ordered”. Not true that’s not true at all.

Last time I will ever order from . I asked for the whopper Jr and got an actual little burger with tiny amount of condiments, lettuce, tomato. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. Never ordering from them again!!

I had 30 mins for lunch today. Went at 11a.m. and was literally working less than a block away. There was one car in front of me at the window and I waited nearly 10 minutes. At first, I was thinking that it was understaffed and I would accept that. But we'll get to that...after waiting 10 minutes behind this minivan, I get to the window and get a blank stare from the cashier and then she asked me what I ordered. I tell her a number 1 medium with a Coke and it's like I'm speaking a different language. There was NO ONE behind me. Literally the only order they could have taken in the last 10 minutes. But somehow, they didn't have it. Ok, not good...but they could have made an effort...but they didn't even offer to get me anything or make it right then or even make it right, period. So I left halfway through my lunch with ZERO food. My coworker went inside and they didn't have french fries made. But not only not made, they had no fries in building. They had to send someone on a french fry run outside the building to whenever they have them. I saw 4 people working from the drive thru window and my coworker saw 4 inside as well. No other customers. Just close the restaurant. If no one wants to work, just close the restaurant and save the money. What happened to you Burger King? You used to shine. I won't be back to that location.
