Usually they are on top of their game. The fries were luke warm, my nuggets seemed as though they'd been cooked some time back, dry and cold. Chicken fries weren't exactly the best either. The wait was a bit long in drive thru after paying.
Very polite I used the bk app to get a deal and I said the wrong whopper.when I got to window I explained and it was fixed fast.also got the new hand breaded chicken sandwich omg delicious ?

Owners appear not to care about business. The drive thru has been in dissarray for over a year. Speakers barely loud enough to hear, sounds close to a whisper. The sensors in the drive thru have broken multiple times where the workers dont even know if youre there or not. Most of the staff has been there awhile and are super friendly and always have good food. Its a shame the owners dont care.
