Foods alright but if I were you, I would make sure you get the correct change back when you pay because they don’t like to give the correct change back to you. They shorted me a dollar my total was $8.41 and I handed the person $10 and I was only given $.59 back I should’ve been given $1.59

They couldn't scan my QR code at the register inside like they can thru the drive thru to get your reward points. Other than that, food was great. My husband & I both had two different melt sandwich meals & the sandwiches were very good!

The manager at the Mahoning Ave. Burger King in Champion, Ohio should be ashamed of himself. Everyone was complaining about how long it was taking to get their orders. I feel 20-25 minutes is excessive. The manager was walking around on his phone when he should have been in the back expediting orders. Won't be back and I expect this location to close like the rest of them have in the area

This place is TERRIBLE ! I sat in the drive Thursday for 10min before anyone took my order and than another 10min before I got my food they didn't have any whooper buns what restaurant runs out of buns ? Then I ordered 2 whooper jr and only got 1 they need more ppl standing around then them might be able to get work done faster ..... I thought this is a fast food restaurant I had my food faster at a sit down restaurant with a full course meal to bad I have to give them 1 star they don't deserve that
I loved everything except for happen to use the kiosk to make an order you cannot personalize an order through the kiosk like extra crispy bacon or extra crispy fries not to mention having somebody who runs to register as a whole lot faster than trying to use a kiosk that you're trying to learn To be the kiosk is very impersonal

We use the drive thru often, and get burgers without pickles. However, today, they supersalted the fries, and the 6 burgers all had pickles. We found out when my 6 year old nephew, who is allergic to fermented food, presented w swollen lips and itchy throat.

Went here twice now and same guy working and sooo nice. Informed of survey food was great outstanding employee. We went at least yr ago and he was literally the only worker that day. He's a genuinely awesome customer service role model. U need to give man a raise and girl working today with him seemed to be just as great was super nice. Food was fresh and we come from the east side of wsrren to go to that one bc it's always been good and last 2 times same guy waited on us. Thank you!
