I ordered a whopper with cheese which had no cheese. I had to go back through the driveway because the lobby was closed. Their solution to this was putting cheese on my sandwich and microwaving the whole thing. They microwaved the lettuce, mayo and tomatoes. Absolutely revolting!!!!
Drive thru staff are rude and consistently get orders wrong. The fries are almost always undercooked. Chicken fries and mozzarella sticks are always soggy.

I ordered door dash they waited until the dasher showed up to have them call me to say they had no burgers. If you can’t fill the order kick it back. AND HOW COULD YOU BE OUT OF BURGER MEAT AT A BURGER JOINT ??????

Ordered online and said it would be ready in 3 minutes. I got there in 5 minutes. However, I waited in the drive-through for 14 minutes. With only two cars in front of me. The staff was so slow. I have to wait 5 minutes at the speaker after being told to wait. Needless to say, my food was cold. Too bad I like Burger King.

Normally I’m accepting of small errors but this store managed to mess up two of the three whoppers in the order. Better yet, they forgot one altogether. Like ??? How?

I’ve been here 3 times in the last couple of months. Not once did they get my sandwich right. This time double whopper cheese ketchup mayo only. But of course everything is on it and the meat has been sitting around for quite a while. Employees standing around talking instead of properly rotating old food out. No ice in the fountain machine. And 10 fries apparently passes as a medium order of fries.
Just shut the place down already. If you eat here, expect old food not made to order.

What a terrible experience. The second I walked in, the entire restaurant smelled like a$$, the food took forever to come, the soda fountain was 80% out, and the kids' play area smelled even worse with the temperature at 80 degrees. I don't know how this place is still open.

BK's food has been one of my favorites but this location can be a chore to visit; You'll get what you order but you'll be waiting for a long while. You gotta feel for the staffing situation, but these guys do a great job with the seemingly 2 people they only ever have.
