My niece placed an order for a wedding cake and 48 cupcakes(for the kids)for her Halloween (Bride of Frankenstein and Frankenstein wedding (2023) .When we got it all home we were VERY disappointed, the cake was dry and no taste as with the cupcakes, both the cake and cupcakes DID NOT LOOK LIKE WHAT SHE ORDERED! For $250. What a waste

Once our tasting was set up, we met in person to confirm the design of our cake. While the cake was beautiful, they did make it a brighter shade of blue than requested and they forgot to place a mold of our dog we had paid for on the cake. It was disappointing because we sent pictures with the correct blue and multiple pictures of our dog. The cake was also dry and tasted old like they had made it weeks before and froze it before decorating it for us. They were able to take my order last minute and made us exactly what I asked for!! I can't wait for the baby to try it tomorrow! Inside of the shop, they have so many fun goodies that looked so good!! I will definitely use them in the future!

This is the second year in a row I have ordered birthday cakes for my husband’s birthday here. Last year I spent over $250 on an elaborate cake and the design was fantastic but it was so dry and had no flavor. A giant eagle cake is better. So this year I decided to try it again but not do anything elaborate and instead just opt for a simple chocolate cake. And again, I paid $100 for an 8 inch round cake and it is dry with no flavor. The icing isn’t good.. it’s so dense. It’s very disappointing. My husband loves sweets and there aren’t many he will not eat if I front of him and he feels badly I spent what I did for a cake that isn’t good. I think the cakes are beautiful but they lack flavor and aren’t moist. I don’t know what the problem is but I won’t return here.

I ordered a cake from the for a baby shower. The cake looked good but I was surprise that when they brought the cake out, there was nothing covering it. Now as I said, the cake looked good but it tasted awful. It was so dry and not one of our 49 guests ate it. I was very disappointed especially for the cost of almost $300.

I went in to the store to show the owner a picture of the wedding cake I wanted re-created And I sent her the picture to her phone for a reference when making the cake. I paid up front and had it delivered. When it arrived I immediately noticed the colors were way off. The cookies looked amazing but I was a little disappointed that the cake colors were Navy blue and light blue instead of Deep Purple and Lavender. It was too late to do anything about it and I already paid. Maybe the person who made the cake was color blind? The cake tasted great so that was a huge plus. Just wish the colors matched my parents original cake. 1st pic is the cake from Cake Boutique. 2nd is my parents original cake I was hoping to replicate. Colors are way off.

The Cake Boutique made the vision for our wedding cake and groom's cake come to life! Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. The groom's cake was above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for and my husband absolutely loved it- it was a perfect surprise. Regardless of my crazy idea, the team was totally supportive and paid attention to every detail. When we get our pictures back I will add them to this post so everyone can see the joy their work brought us.From day one they made designing, making choices about, and delivering the cakes stress-free. It was such a relief knowing our cakes were in good hands right off the bat. 11/10 recommend!

I'm pretty disappointed after reading so many great reviews on this place and only a few like mine. This was a mother's day gift for me and I was very excited to get it. I've always wanted a fondant cake. The decorations were cute and the icing was very good. But the cake itself was inedible. Dry, stale and just not good. I don't know how this happens to the few customers at this place but it's a shame. I really wanted to love the cake. Just a waste of 50 dollars.
