Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is never prepared for dinner rushes! Like ever. — all this staff, not enough movement!
No fresh veggies. No fresh steak. No queso.
Sorry to waste half way thru a burrito order but I won’t eat half of what I usually order because they have none prepared, needs better management and proper organization.

I was just at this store doing a pick up, where I was treated as though I was trying to steal my own food that I pay for. The girl who was wearing glasses, I'm not sure about her name, but she was working the cashier station, questioned if my own food was mine multiple times until I offered to pull up my receipt and then finally told me to 'just take it' as if I was stealing my own food. I visit this location a lot and even tip in the app. And it felt very racially motivated since she was not nice in the slightest and was basically judging me since I walked in the store. 1/5 would not recommend.

Update: I went back like 2 days ago for a delivery and half of my order was missing. I tried calling but you can't actually talk to anybody and writing reviews and doing surveys do absolutely nothing. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE GOOD SERVICE AND YOUR MONEY.

I'm currently trying to dispute it with my bank because this is ridiculous.

Ordered a rice bowl with chicken the rice was raw VERY Raw!! An the lettuce was Hard an had to wait forever for one thing!

Worst experience ever today! Ordered a pick up, asked for double meat...was given zero meat. It was a bowl of rice and beans. Like how does this happen?

Every time I try to order from this chipotle online my order is never ready on time— they’ve even forgotten about it a couple times so they have to remake it while I’m standing there.

To avoid this, I started to visit and just order in-person. This also doesn’t work at this particular location. I don’t know exactly what the Chipotle model is but they have one person working the line and that person also does not care about the customer so it takes forever to get one order fulfilled. The best chipotles have 3-4 people working the line in specific stations so they complete orders in a timely manner.

This last particular visit is what prompted this review. I can’t find a number for Chipotle so I’m posting here. The guy running the food line had all the food pulled away from the ordering area so he could clean the windows and the drain underneath. I stood there for several minutes as he kept cleaning so I left and visited another Chipotle down the street. Customers are not the priority at this location.

This was the OG Chipotle in our particular area but I would not recommend visiting here after the last four bad experiences I’ve had trying to get a meal.

Would not order takeout from this location. Ordered a carnitas bowl and that’s what was served. At least they skimped me on the portion so it was less to scrape off considering it’s inedible.

Maddison was the name of an employee I had a rough time with. Very terrible customer service “ What do You want.” Very Stingy with food. Dirty looks.

This place has gone WAY downhill, they are constantly out of everything. Went there tonight an hour before they are scheduled to close, out of steak, out of corn salsa. The employee was a jerk about it. This is the 4-5 time I've been there in the last 2 months and they were out of a few different things.
**Edited: went to get the drink, they were also out of all of their tea/lemonade drinks, then gave me a hard time about getting a refund for my drink. If I could give them negative stars, I would!

Food was good. Atmosphere was strange. Two girls on front line by the register kept going on their phones even while customers were in the line headed up towards them. One was a girl with short hair and tattoos ( I might be accidentally misgendering please forgive if I am) the other girl had braids and beads . She kept playing with the beads in between customers and being on her phone. Not too hygienic to do that around food. Look at the cameras how much they enjoy their phones lol

This is the best chipotle I had ever had. Everyone is so nice and friendly and food is amazing. This place is very clean compared to Austintown or Youngstown. Definitely worth it!

The most disrespected I have ever felt the audacity to fill a bowl 1/3 of the way and charge $15

The food is good as usual but don't order on the app. They totally screw you on the portion. If you walk up an order they fill up your bowl. Order on the app you get half as much in the bowl. This is the third consecutive time this has happened. And when you address this the manager says that's normal. so don't order on the app if you are ok being cheated

Lady knew the guy in front and gave him good nice portions and when it came to me gave me half a scoop of chicken and half a scoop of queso

We visited at 10:30pm on Friday and this place was hopping! We had to wait in line and there was a line constantly forming as we sat down to eat. The staff was fantastic! They were friendly, the portions were great size, and they were communicating together about who does what and when to make sure that people don’t wait too long. One of the best exoeriences in Chipotle in a very long time!
