I bought the monthly gold pass which I'm going to try to cancel because it was a terrible atmosphere every single thing that printed pictures was out of paper several games were out of order you get very little tickets for the games you play but the ticket prizes are for so many tickets as expensive as everything is that is crazy weren't too many games not enough staff it ain't what it used to be I was so disappointed. For as expensive as everything is you should get more tickets for the games you play

The employees were very kind and helpful. The environment was clean. The food was good and the kids had a blast. They felt safe there and I didn’t have to be standing over top of them or worrying about them being snatched up.

Went here for my son's birthday party. Found a bunch of games not working or completely out of order. No ball pit, slides or climbing tunnels anymore either. Lots of the games are really geared towards adults rather than kids too.

I had my son’s birthday here last Friday & no complaints! I would like to give a shout out to the young team member- Lexie! It was sooo packed on Friday night, there were some rude customers, she was constantly running around doing something, getting something, helping someone and despite the clear pressure she was under she not once let it show! She kept a smile on her face & a positive attitude even when patrons weren’t being kind to her! She was so helpful and genuinely just really sweet. All the team members did well for a busy Friday night! This was the second birthday party we’ve hosted here and both times it’s been a good experience!

The monthly membership is so recommended. The warren location is clean and the staff are friendly. I feel like my kid is safe. The food is great! We always have fun and she is always getting perks through the membership which make it really fun for her too.

My son's father walked in during a school event and demanded I hand my child over. No one from management came to speak to me, yet decided I was not allowed to leave until I handed my child to him. I simply wanted to walk to my car to get his bookbag. No law enforcement ever spoke to me, either. I have no idea who made this decision, but to almost no allow me to leave the establishment with my child, who I came with and had matching stamps with, and who I have custody of, is INSANE. They eventually allowed me to leave with my kid, but I am still absolutely shaken from the whole experience.

How cool of cuck e cheese to get out and not only dance with the kids but to play games with them. We usually go to the one in canton, but we will be coming to niles more often! What a great experience!

The food was surprisingly good, but the games, rides, and fun are over the top. Great place to enjoy with the kids. Don't worry about the stupid tickets either, your time will be much more enjoyable.

It's still the same place you remember, just costs that much more. My 3 year old enjoyed herself so much! It's absolutely amazing for children and terrible for the parents' pockets! They have a deal going if you frequent the arcade. $7.99 a month. I think that's something for the future or older children. They never have someone sitting by the trampolines either. You have to go get an attendant if no children are jumping. I paid $12.00 for the socks, I guess. Still overall great experience, will return.

It's a place for kids, so of course it going to be chaos . But cleanliness should be a key factor. The tables were dirty. The arcade games felt nasty on the buttons. I understand there's a lot of movement going on but if covid taught us anything it should be to keep things sanitary and cleaned at all times .

I got the fun pass for Nile’s location for my kids and this is about my 6th time coming here, service sucks so bad, seems like they are ALWAYS under staffed. The food is always horrible. The atmosphere is horrible the workers don’t smile or nothing. I will start going to the Boardman location in hopes it turns out to be a lot better then the Nile’s location!
