SAVANNAH WAS TERRIBLE! If you get a job being a child entertainer you should be enthusiastic & getting kids pumped up, not talk quiet as a mouse & try to rush through everything then abandon your party when it’s not even over. She should work at a nursing home instead. My kids didn’t even get enough time to play games before she brought out the pizza. Everything was rushed & she left the party half way through to do prizes for everyone else. She didn’t even want to do the dance or do the exercises I could have done better than her! Better off to just not even book a party! When asked to add another ticket blaster she totally ignored it & handed me my receipt.

My grandson really likes the place.. and the staff is always really nice and go out of their way..Kid-friendliness: Their really nice and I love how they make sure no one is taking someone else's kid..

My little granddaughter had her birthday party here and it was excellent. The young man in the Browns shirt has to be commended on his outstanding repore with the children and the parents. Everyone was accommodating and all had a wonderful time.
