Me and 3 of my friends came in tonight (11/6/25) about 30 minutes before close. The guy and girl working were very unpleasant and ignorant.
The girl had an attitude and was slamming things and just being overly aggressive.
They were complaining OUTLOUD about how we were in there 30 minutes before close which sure I get it, it’s sucks cause I’m sure they started cleaning up but still absolutely no reason to act like that. It’s not like we came in 5 minutes before.
The guy said to the girl working with him that he’s tired of people ordering what they want, which he also said OUTLOUD infront of us. He also had a nasty attitude. my one friend asked if he could get whatever flavor he ordered and the guy let out a huge sigh and went I guess.

Both were very huffy and puffy the entire time along with the ignorance. I just don’t understand why be so nasty to people who came in being nice and were nice the entire time? 😕 kinda bums me out because I like cold stone, but honestly this ruined the experience

No workers. Long wait and no initiative to wanna work. #SLOTH

Cold Stone Creamery is delicious and this specific store in Warren is absolutely top-notch when it comes to Customer Service!

I called in to the store with an urgent special request, and the manager was so friendly and accommodating. She actually went above and beyond, surprising us with a special treat in our DD delivery that absolutely made the night for my nieces and nephews!

Cannot thank this store staff enough - the Ice cream sandwiches + ice cream cupcakes + ice cream Reese’s cups are amazing treats and a must try if you’ve never had them!

Will be ordering from this store again very soon!

I go to Coldstone for birthdays often. My interactions are normally good. But today, I called to order my son's birthday cake. I was asked to be put on hold and I obliged. I heard a whole conversation and was forgotten on hold. I hung up and called back several times. The call went to a messageevery time. This went on for at least an hour. I called back and I explained my situation. No apology was given and was asked if I wanted service or not. I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. I called back several times after that. The phone was answered, but I was met with conversation in the background with expletives. They have lost a customer.

We went on 3/20, should have read reviews. The service was SLOW. They were too worried about getting online orders done VS the 15 people in store. It took us 30 minutes and only three people were in front of us. Neither the girl nor guy were wearing hair nets regardless of the fact he had his braids/dreads dangling in his face. Neither wore gloves. The girl rubbed her nose and then proceeded to put her hands directly into the ice cream cooler. The guy made a smoothie/milkshake idk for another customer and it dripped down the side. He took his finger cleaned off the cup and put his finger into his mouth!!! Then handed the cup to the customer. I was absolutely appalled. They also had expired brownie mix in the back. Some expired on 2/18 some on 3/18 reminded we went on 3/20.

Place has gone way down hill. Not only were they extremely slow, they couldn’t get the orders right because every employee had earbuds in and couldn’t hear the orders. Asked for an Oreo overload shake love it size with cheesecake ice cream the server started to mix it for a bowl. When I pointed out that was supposed to be a shake the server then got more ice cream for the shake but put in sweet cream ice cream instead. Never going here again, highly disappointed.

I waited 43 Minutes when there were only 10 people ahead of me. Only had 2 people working and one had their hair flinging around the food.

The quality of the product is really good but this place has been having staffing issues for years.

The door and online states they are open at 11, they are not. Please change the times or open at 11 like the door an online says. Very rude people

Very rude workers! Waited at Ice cream selection station over 5 minutes. They had two workers and One was busy with a family in front of me. The other one walked by us three times. no hello no give us a second. When I brought this to their attention the first worker said " you want us to roll out the red carpet". No, but how about a little human decency! Will never be back and took my kid every Friday. DONE
