I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard and I was so disappointed. It was melted so much I could have drank it. The whipped cream didn't even taste like whipped cream. I have been to this one many times in the past and I don't ever remember it being this bad.

I found a majority of the staff rude. They reminded me of high school mean girls. Hopefully upper management and the owners do something about the staff. It's incredibly unprofessional and I would assume embarrassing for the owners.

This is my strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Horrible I didn’t order a sundae. Ordered a banana split for my husband and they did not put any whip cream on it so I asked the boy I they don’t do that anymore and he said yes but he forgot, not true cause I watched him reach down to get it and it was empty. When I questioned him he went back in and opened a new one. LAZY This place is horrible anymore and not the first time this has happened. SO DONE Dairy Queen used to have standards.

This barely frozen ice cream has been in our freezer overnight because we hoped that it would harden up by being in the freezer. When we received it last night, it was more like a milkshake and I thought, maybe it’s just because it’s hot outside…maybe their ice cream machine is working really hard and isn’t cold enough. Nope. It hasn’t frozen at all. They have a sign outside of their drive-through window that says “we are not participating in the upside-down blizzard promotion. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I didn’t think much about the sign when I saw it, but I truly wasn’t expecting to get a milkshake when I ordered a blizzard. 😂

The boy gave me my cone 1st so I was eating it while waiting for my son's food, he opens the window and says , oh you're really enjoying that huh, like all smirky and condescending... I was super insulted.. I won't be going back to this location
3rd time ordering a dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard and paid extra to get extra cheesecake to receive a blizzard with ZERO cheesecake in it. I am literally one to never complain, but this is absolutely ridiculous. A waste of Time and money. Every damn time

They never put cheese on their chili cheese dogs. When you call about it, they make excuses. I was told to double check at the window when I get my food.

Everything is clean in the store and the cakes look and taste excellent. I actually live in the next city over, about 15 minutes away, with a DQ in it, and I will drive to this Dairy Queen. This is the way a Dairy Queen should be run.
