Went to their website to look at the limited time blizzards. Went to order the frosted sugar cookie blizzard and they don't have it. Even though the website for Champion shows it. Not sure why you advertise it and then not carry it.

So me and the wife ordered from this location using doordash, we did not get all of our food so the wife calls and explains what happened and was told to come up and they would take care of the issue. My wife explained to her that since it was late that we would stop the next day and get the missing food. So we go straight there after work, waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told that they was not going to honor what we was told the night before. So, that will be the last time I EVER go to that location AND I will be letting everyone that I know about the experience I had at this location. It's a sad day when a business is willing to lose potentially a lot of business over 2 hotdogs...

Ordered 4 blizzards got the 2 larges right away and waited 20mins for a small and a med blizzard. They waited on 2 customers and help them before even giving me my other 2 blizzards. Very dissapointed.

Had 2 of the nicest staff i have ever had wait on me last time I was there . Both the girl on the intercom and the girl at the window were very enthusiastic and pleasant as well as professional.

Stopped in and picked up a DQ cake and paid $27 for an 8 inch cake. When I got home and cut into it it was all vanilla ice cream and barely any filling. Every other DQ cake I have gotten in my lifetime has been half chocolate and half vanilla ice-cream and the filling. I was very disappointed! It was lacking flavor.

I've been coming to this DQ for a long time. As of late your blizzards are just a med cup of Ice cream, with crumbs. Paying over $10 two cups of ice cream

This DQ used to be the best around but something has changed we decided to give it another try last night and got milk shakes but again they where more like drinking flavored milk. We have gotten blizzards that should of been called milkshakes. We live so close but will be driving to a different location for our treats.

My family and I will never do business with this location ever again. On two separate occasions in a row, we experienced horrible service and food. The first time was when we ordered ice cream and hotdogs. The hotdogs were so badly overcooked that they were crunchy. I had called and talked to a manager named Denise I believe and she stated to bring them in and they will replace them just ask for her. I did do that the following day.. About a month later, my stepdaughter bought ice cream and hotdogs again and brought them home and there was a long hair in it. Needless to say we did not eat them. We had called the store and requested to speak to a manager and she told us we do not need to bring those back that we can just throw them out and next time we come up, they will replace them for us. I took a picture of them just to be able to show them. I went up there the following day and Denise was up there and literally yelled at me telling Me that I was in there five times trying to get free food. That she was not going to help me and I had no food to bring up there. I Told her that the manager that I spoke to told me to throw them out, and I would have them replaced that I just had to mention that I spoke to her. She proceeded to yell at me further with no apologies For hair being in my food and the horrible experience that My family and I have had with them the past two times. We are local and our minutes from that location and will never return there. I was told by Denise not to return. So much for great customer service and an apology since it was their error many times. I highly suggest finding a better place to eat than this.
