My family and I will never do business with this location ever again. On two separate occasions in a row, we experienced horrible service and food. The first time was when we ordered ice cream and hotdogs. The hotdogs were so badly overcooked that they were crunchy. I had called and talked to a manager named Denise I believe and she stated to bring them in and they will replace them just ask for her. I did do that the following day.. About a month later, my stepdaughter bought ice cream and hotdogs again and brought them home and there was a long hair in it. Needless to say we did not eat them. We had called the store and requested to speak to a manager and she told us we do not need to bring those back that we can just throw them out and next time we come up, they will replace them for us. I took a picture of them just to be able to show them. I went up there the following day and Denise was up there and literally yelled at me telling Me that I was in there five times trying to get free food. That she was not going to help me and I had no food to bring up there. I Told her that the manager that I spoke to told me to throw them out, and I would have them replaced that I just had to mention that I spoke to her. She proceeded to yell at me further with no apologies For hair being in my food and the horrible experience that My family and I have had with them the past two times. We are local and our minutes from that location and will never return there. I was told by Denise not to return. So much for great customer service and an apology since it was their error many times. I highly suggest finding a better place to eat than this.

If I could give a zero I would have, came through about 20 minutes ago and got a mocha molata, which my fiancee orders all the time from a different location, when it came out it was almost completely white but gave the benefit of the doubt and tasted it, immediately drove back around to see if it could be remade because he wasn't going to drink it the way it was and the lady at the window was very rude, arrogant and just other words that aren't appropriate on here and refused to remake the drink after being ask several times.... Will NEVER return to this location

Just got a royal cheesecake blizzard. It had small crumbs of cheesecake. Only a small amount of strawberry on just the top and a milkshake constancy. Seriously….

Our blizzards were more like milkshakes. Upside down would be a fail. A few years back I got a turtle blizzard and it was amazing. Whole pecans, caramel etc. this time it was all blended in a blender no big pieces of pecans... No caramel. I returned it for a dilly bar. So disappointing. Will go to Cortland or Elm Rd next time.

First time visiting since the Tricker family owned the store. The service was just a little slow in the drive thru. Other than that it was great. I had a Blizzard and my Amish crew had a quart of soft ice cream. Not bad at all.

ordered a birthday cake for $34.99 and it looked nothing like what I ordered. the digital image had a wrinkle in it, the green frosting that was supposed to be dark looked like they ran out of green dye and it was a light sea foam green. it tasted good, but not worth paying for it to look a different way.
