Trista nicole’s feet were in the patio and it stunk up my meal. customers are very displeasing and unpleasant staff was rude i shouldnt had food juice near my table . AMEN MARK 8:21

Great staff, great timing even when they are behind, they take the timento remember you by name def if your a regular and if something is wrong with your order they fix it with in a reasonable amount of time

What is so hard about adding the condiments I requested on multiple trips? What is so hard about a smile or thank you? What is the reason you work so slow? Just asking, not that I care since I wont be back. Used to like the Lordstown DQ but have had enough. Sorry for such high expectations.

The young ladies were timely, however the one girl poured the chicken from the tossing bowl into the box and covered the fries. Then the other girl took the box and dropped it straight down into the bag. When I opened it this is the mess I got. I didn't go back in and complain. I just want the young ladies to know that not everyone will accept this kind of service. I was gonna use the BBQ sauce for my fries but now they are cover on the garlic parmesan. Hopefully next time girls you handle someone's food as if it was your own. I am sure you wouldn't have wanted this.

Good food. Very high quality even for DQ.
This location has a decent amount of car shows throughout the summer. Definitely one of the best.

Parking: Many spots around the building even when a car show is going on.
