Never actually been to a Dunkin’ Donuts surprisingly but i had one of their donuts at work today and decided I wanted another. Spent $7 on two donuts and some “bagel bites” and all of it was inedible. Maybe it’s the time of day (around 7pm) or the location but won’t make that mistake again. Literally every fast food place once you pass hot dog shoppe, on this side of town, sucks. I forgot. The donuts taste and smell like what you would think the workers homes smell like. So they’ve been sitting there all day and not in a covered container, clearly. The stuffed bagels taste and smell like chemicals and weren’t toasted. Waste of time and money how do you hand someone a disgusting donut from a literal donut place? How do you mess that up? Only on the west side of warren.
The young man in the window was a good worker, good service.

I never ever post bad reviews but this has to be an exception. I ordered Doordash from this Dunkin as the Dunkin I usually go to was closed. It was a simple order. I get it and only my drink is in the bag, none of the food I ordered. I work food service too so I can understand missing an item or 2 but basically the whole order? Not to mention the drink I did get was so gross it was basically undrinkable, like swamp water. So thank you for taking my money and giving me literally nothing in return!

Usually don't have an issue with dunkin Donuts, but this time I went through the one located in Cortland Ohio at the corner of state roughts 46 and 305. All I wanted was a hot coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar and whatever I got tasted like swamp water. Tasted, like maybe it was the second run on the same filter full of coffee, maybe. 🤷♂️ She got the cold drink special. Don't recall what it was and it was very good, but mine was not even drinkable, ended up pouring it out.

This place is trash horrible customer service and horrible service employees are rude and don't pay any attention to what I was saying for my order and then proceeded to over charge me and wouldn't give me my money back and also didn't even make my coffee right and then I got even more additude when I tell them that its not right never again will I get my coffee from that dunkin store

Gentleman working the drive-thru was very friendly and professional. He has a distinctive voice with very precise enunciation so we could hear him clearly over the intercom. We asked if he had done radio work or sang in a band. He explained about making announcements when he was in the military. Mystery solved :) The coffee and donuts were fresh and smooth, too!

This is my favorite Dunkin'! I come once or twice everyday. My coffee is always just how how I like it. Service is fast & employees are friendly (especially the overnight crew). Thank you to all the employees that have served me. Keep up the great work... I appreciate you!
Always done super fast. The line can be wrapped around and I'm never there waiting. With that said there are often mistakes but I've never had an issue with them rectifying them.
The lady at the register stacked our boxes on top of each other and one of them fell on the ground, I asked her if she could remake it and she told us that it was our fault, shut the window and proceeded to walk away leaving another employee to handle it(which he did), but The blatant lack of customer service is astonishing! I feel so bad for the young man that had to take the brunt of that for the lady that shouldn’t be working with the public. With Dunkin popping up all over the place, I would recommend going to any establishment other than this one.

i came at 2 pm, they fill my entire $4 drink with ice… it tastes like complete water. that was way too much like you can’t even drink it without getting ice. so dissatisfied. but the people who work at night are the best ?
