I Stopped in Tuesday morning. After repeating my order 3 times at the speaker person on the other end finally repeated it back to me correctly. Get to the window and my coffee was hot and I ordered iced. I told the lady I ordered and iced coffee she said "we can just add ice to it, no reason to get upset." Shuts the window and proceeds to scream at the top of her lungs like and under developed citizen. I heard everything she said. Won't be coming back.

I have been going to this Dunkin’ for as long as I can remember. Every morning before school my mom would take me and my brother here and throughout high school I would go with friends. I was recently visiting Warren again and stopped in and it’s still as good as I remember. They accidentally messed up part of my breakfast order and went above and beyond to remake the order and were so nice about it! Some of the best customer service I have experienced, and the coffee/food is always good! Definitely recommend the cold brew and eggs bites. Thank you for making my morning throughout the years!

Stopped in the morning before work for an iced chi tea. Went threw drive thru to order. This was at 4am was told couldn't take my order had to be from the Mobile app. What happened to the old days where you could just pull up and order I don't come to dunkin often so not worth me putting another app on my phone let alone my credit card. Not like you care but definitely won't be back.
The last three times the food was cold. Bagel felt like it was fresh out of the freezer and was hard. They no longer put the cream cheese on the bagels, so if you're trying to eat in a hurry while driving you can't.....The coffees have been completely wrong the last 3 times. This location is all around terrible. I will not be going here anymore.
I also never get a receipt. So I'm not able to file a claim.

Four years post-Covid and the lobby is still closed for walk-in visits.Plan on waiting in a long line in the drive-thru.

I stop at this Dunkin' Donuts everyday before work and it's always been hit or miss either they forget to put sugar in or they forget the Turbo Shot or I get an iced tea instead of a nice coffee service is always been lousy and then today they said they were closed at 5:07 a.m. unless you had a mobile order when yesterday I went through 5:02 a.m. and they were perfectly fine with it Ralph who is the owner I believe needs to seriously overhaul his management team complete and utter failure of a business and it also looks down upon his other location in front of Kent State Trumbull branch in Champion and then in Warren on 422 what a disgrace to the brand
