Spent over $10 on 4 hot chocolates and they tasted like water. Went back and they then told us their machine was broke. They remade them but still watered down. Wish they would of told us their machine was broken in the first place. Charging $2.60 for a small cup of hot water with hot cocoa powder is ridiculous. Make sure if you order a hot chocolate ask if their machine is working before you do.

I ordered a Dunkin hot midnight coffee. The coffee tastes horrible as if it is old. I been trying to call no one answers the phone. The coffee was warm I spilled some of it while opening the lid and it was not hot at all . I order this coffee everyday from different locations and this is the first time and last time ordering from this location.

Lately there have been new people working in the afternoon and evenings and they never get the order right and the coffee has been tasting bitter or sometimes watered down. I go here 2-3 times a day, spending between $8 -$20 at a time. I expect better service. There are some ladies that work morning that are very sweet & the coffee is always perfect.

The sweet lady I think her name is Sara made me the best darn coffee I have ever drank. Ehy because it tasted like ehat I actually ordered. Thats getting rare. Not sure what kinda magic she has. Bypass all Dunkin and go to this one on Midnights if you want it right. Never mind who knows if the other shifts are good. Go find you a Sara coffee. Give that woman a raise.

I'm a delivery driver, this store refuses to put seals on drinks or place items in bag. The seals on the drinks are ohio law, to provide safety for the customer. I attempted to explain this but was treated rudely
Guess I have high expectations visiting from the South, but our experience was less than pleasant. Cashier wasn’t very friendly, maybe she was having a bad morning but when you work in customer service, you have to let it go rather than take it out on the next person. Plus both coffees were made wrong, a little disappointing but that’s what I get for not shopping local.

I Stopped in Tuesday morning. After repeating my order 3 times at the speaker person on the other end finally repeated it back to me correctly. Get to the window and my coffee was hot and I ordered iced. I told the lady I ordered and iced coffee she said "we can just add ice to it, no reason to get upset." Shuts the window and proceeds to scream at the top of her lungs like and under developed citizen. I heard everything she said. Won't be coming back.
