I have been going to this Dunkin’ for as long as I can remember. Every morning before school my mom would take me and my brother here and throughout high school I would go with friends. I was recently visiting Warren again and stopped in and it’s still as good as I remember. They accidentally messed up part of my breakfast order and went above and beyond to remake the order and were so nice about it! Some of the best customer service I have experienced, and the coffee/food...
Most coffees are good, the food is not, and the donuts are ok. I am tired of ordering a large and getting half a cup of coffee. So basically, paying for a large and getting a medium/small.
Usually fine but toaster wasnt working for my bagel and I didnt get my money back... apparently I have to get my bagel at another time if I want it toasted or I was to get it then... super inconvenient
