Came in yesterday afternoon with a mobile order through the drive thru. They messed up my order so I went in to have it corrected. I had left trusting that they did it right but I had to turn around and have them correct it again. The entire time the young girl behind the counter had a smirk on her face. I never got an apology or anything (all I wanted was a simple “sorry about that” considering the mess up could have made me sick.) The entire staff acted like it was my fault. They were too busy talking with an off the clock employee concerned about getting her W2. This not the first time they messed up my order. Will be either going out of my way to a different location or will be going to Starbucks down the road.

Service is great in the mornings! After the first shift leaves, it is very slow paced on the employees end. I went through the other night, the girl working the window had her boyfriend standing inside at the end of the counter. She took a minute to greet me, while the other girl behind the counter was doing all the work. She didn’t give me a straw nor napkins! Food is terrible. Hard mini bagels all the time! Eggs are rubber. I will not be going there anymore. And why do I have to drive back when my drink is eating and the food is bad, never offering my money back! We shouldn’t be put out because they can’t get it right!

Very friendly cashier, and amazing service. I ordered a refresher, and a donut, my mother ordered a coffee and a bagel. Refresher was done before my order was even put in. Bagel was EXTRA toasted like we ordered. Coffee was amazing. The staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. It was clear they had pride in their work. 10/10.

Drive-thru worker was unpleasant and has no customer service whatsoever. When asked for multiple different choices (since they were all out of the ones I kept asking for) she was very rude and bothered to have to keep looking. Will not be back.

Convenient, value-priced coffee that is premium quality.
My favorite is the iced coffee. I found out recently, Dunkin has doubled the strength of concentration of their cold brew. It used to taste too weak, and didn't match the quality of their main competitive coffee, Dunkin original. The new formula has me permanently hooked. It's just right and I need nothing more and nothing less. Hands down my favorite place for a delicious cold brew after work.
Their brunch and breakfast wraps are nice. I had their $4.99 spicy Spanish sausage burrito, and it took me by surprise; pretty good, but I will say their wraps and sandwiches have a strange nasty grease taste. The grease they use is disgusting. I deal with it because the wraps are good, but that strange "old grease" taste can be off-putting. It's decent size, wish it was a tad bigger, but the main focus is that it satisfied my hunger for it.
