I am giving this review because this used to be my favorite Dunkin. But the quality of the drinks have gone down while the price goes up. My last 3 drinks were terrible. One was a refresher that was so over sweetened to the point I had to add water. Last time it was the brown sugar macchiatto thing which tasted like burnt coffee and I ended up throwing it away. So today I chose to just get an ice coffee with cream and minimal sugar. Again tasted like coffee that sat all day. I can make better at home. I actually took it home and added my creamer to take away the old coffee taste. I will no longer buy drinks from dunkin.

Dunkin is a chain you either love or you don't. I love it because the tea they use is among the best quality with silk tea bags and fantastic flavor. Also, their breakfast sandwiches are very good.

The food I had was good. However the portion sizes are getting terrible. I ordered a large drink and the cup is always only about 2/3 full. For $7 I would hope to get a full cup. The other Dunkin I go to file the cups so I think I'll just drive to that location from now on.

I am a disabled veteran and for the veterans discount I was told I could not get it even with photo ID because I was not in uniform i will not return if dunken has removed the veterans discount shame on them doing 10% for people over 55 but nothing for the veterans o well aside from that one day a year I will nolong3r be going to dunken in whole

Came in yesterday afternoon with a mobile order through the drive thru. They messed up my order so I went in to have it corrected. I had left trusting that they did it right but I had to turn around and have them correct it again. The entire time the young girl behind the counter had a smirk on her face. I never got an apology or anything (all I wanted was a simple âsorry about thatâ considering the mess up could have made me sick.) The entire staff acted like it was my fault. They were too busy talking with an off the clock employee concerned about getting her W2. This not the first time they messed up my order. Will be either going out of my way to a different location or will be going to Starbucks down the road.
