We paid for food items and then didn’t receive them tried to give her more money even though they were paid for already and the lady refused to give us our food and told me to leave the drive thru. As I was sitting there waiting my car was getting soaked on the inside due to them not cleaning there gutters out and my window buttons now broke bc of how much water got in my car on my electric panel very rude. Now two kids have to wait to get home to eat bc she was so rude never again will give them my business ever again.

Ordered two of the same exact coffee's and 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 on bagels, 1 on a croissant. One coffee was subpar, but all right. The other coffee was absolutely horrible. It was so bitter I couldn't drink it. The bitter one was mine and I had to try my boyfriend's to see if his was as horrible, but it actually had some sweetness to it and was something I could stomach so we switched. But he ended up only being able to drink about a quarter of the nasty one before we dumped it. I don't know how it could be so disgusting when we ordered the same exact things. The breakfast sandwiches were just sausage, egg, and cheese. I was impressed by the size of them and how filling they were, but that's about it. The croissant one was burnt and basically tasteless. The only thing that really gave it flavor was the bites of cheese I got or the burnt bread. Mmm. Yum. My boyfriend had the bagel ones and said they were lacking in flavor as well, but the bagels looked nicely toasted.

The lack of accuracy in fulfilling orders is mind-boggling. My most recent issue involved them completely missing $18 worth of food ordered. They claimed they "didn't have the receipt" so they weren't sure what was on the order. Also, the coffee has gone from tasting pretty good to tasting like bitter soap, which means they are either not properly brewing the coffee or are not properly rinsing soap off of equipment. Also, here's a free tip:Don't put hand lotion on and then proceed to touch something people are going to put their mouths on.
Apparently you can only get mobile orders after 10:30? Kind of defeats the purpose of being truly 24 hours.

Pretty much everything about the experience was bad. The employees were OK but the manager (I found out from a worker that he's the owner) is a horrible little man. Berates his staff and knows nothing about customer service. My order was wrong and this jerk made it seem like I was the one who screwed up. Beware.
