Very large and busy Dunkin. Drive through was stacked like an airport at 9AM.
Inside is clean and warm. Good places to sit and chill.
The gentleman that took my order was friendly and polite. Good job people!
Watch where you pull in off Mahoning Ave, both are EXITS. Turn in at tge light and lokk for this big sign.
Parking: Watch out for the extrance, turn in at the big shopping center. Those drives at Dunkin are both marked do not enter.

I like their coffee flavor choices better than Starbucks! At Dunkin I can always find something yummy to try, whether it's food or new coffee flavors. Best place to stop before a little road trip, and for us night owls that drink coffee at midnightđ
Vegetarian options: They have plenty of non meat items.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are street level and I believe wheelchair accessible âż
It is absolutely insane that this store charges .30 for a medium cup of ice when youâve ordered a large iced beverage and several food items. The only reason I ask for a cup of ice occasionally is because half the time Iâm handed my drink through the drive thru and the ice is already melted.
Dunkin as a chain is extremely inconsistent with drinks even though there is a set recipe for the company and this one is not an exception.
Some employees are very friendly and polite and some are absolutely not, but this is fast food and Iâm not surprised by that.
Not a lot of options in champion that are better for iced coffee (bk and McDonaldâs iced coffee is gross on a good day) without driving to elm so I will continue to go as my order is black coffee and relatively consistent.

This place has been rather inconsistent lately. A couple of weeks ago I had hair on the lid of my drink which was absolutely disgusting, even after that I still continued to use the location. This morning really did it for me though I went to order a drink I ordered a week ago and wanted to add on - I was informed I could not modify said drink.. even after I did it a week ago đ€·đ»ââïž weird⊠saying you canât modify a drink is insane considering Starbucks lets you spell out a whole recipe of a âsecret menuâ drink.. oh well seems everybody just makes their own exceptions as they see fit.

I don't even buy coffee here because it's gross, but i needed a bottle of water while on the road. I would not stop here again. Rude employees. Sounded bored while taking my order, no eye contact, looked grumpy and said literally nothing while handing me my drink even when I smiled and said hi. Wow đ

Snackin bacon was ice cold other than that everything else was good first time I've ever gotten cold snacking bacon
I work in corrections and often do not have time to make breakfast in the morning. Occasionally I will skip Starbucks and go to Dunkin. Today I Ordered a bagel with cream cheese they did not put cream cheese on the bagel but maybe a tablespoon on a corner. I asked to have it replaced and they put 3/4 cup of cream cheese on it. (Yes it was measured) there was also hair in it. When I called to find out who the manager boss was since I spoke to the manager Taylor I was told youâre not getting that. I had her take my info and can gaurentee this wonât take place people will be rude and you canât control that but the hair in the food crosses the sanitation guidelines.
