I went through the drive-thru today... To give them another chance... But my experience was awful.... Last month I hash browns that were frozen in the middle.. and a cold bagel never toasted... The girl told us to pull up to the front of the building because our order wasn't ready... And it still came out cold.... Today we only ordered a hot chocolate... And a frozen chocolate..,..mobile order right before we pulled into the parking lot.. we waited between 15 and 20 minutes to get to the window. The frozen hot chocolate was all melted.. the regular hot chocolate tasted absolutely awful... How can you mess up hot chocolate? Drive to elm road!!! Better quality food, better service and better prices!

This Dunkin is terrible. After today, I will never go back. It never fails, whatever I order, they’re out of it. The girls that work there are so insanely rude it’s crazy. Not sure if you are aware but you guys work in customer service… you have to fake a smile or a pleasant tone in your voice whether you’re having a good day or not. The fact that you guys literally throw orders out the window and don’t say bye have a good day, thank you, etc is crazy. You guys make mistakes CONSTANTLY and never once say “I’m sorry”. Like no one’s perfect, I get it. I work in customer service too.. but the attitude to customers is not necessary. Being nice goes a long way.

So they have no espresso beans i order 2 reg coffees and they have me pull up and wait for 2 black coffees then ur employee chastised me because I should have pulled around to the other door ..REALLY IVE NEVER HAD TO PULL UP FOR 2 BLACK COFFEE SO I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO. WONT BE BACK ..RIGHT DOWN THE STREET BUT ILL DRIVE 10 TO STARBUCKS !!!!!

Inside is clean and warm. Good places to sit and chill.

Watch where you pull in off Mahoning Ave, both are EXITS. Turn in at tge light and lokk for this big sign.
Parking: Watch out for the extrance, turn in at the big shopping center. Those drives at Dunkin are both marked do not enter.

I like their coffee flavor choices better than Starbucks! At Dunkin I can always find something yummy to try, whether it's food or new coffee flavors. Best place to stop before a little road trip, and for us night owls that drink coffee at midnight😎
Vegetarian options: They have plenty of non meat items.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are street level and I believe wheelchair accessible ♿
It is absolutely insane that this store charges .30 for a medium cup of ice when you’ve ordered a large iced beverage and several food items. The only reason I ask for a cup of ice occasionally is because half the time I’m handed my drink through the drive thru and the ice is already melted.
Dunkin as a chain is extremely inconsistent with drinks even though there is a set recipe for the company and this one is not an exception.
Some employees are very friendly and polite and some are absolutely not, but this is fast food and I’m not surprised by that.
Not a lot of options in champion that are better for iced coffee (bk and McDonald’s iced coffee is gross on a good day) without driving to elm so I will continue to go as my order is black coffee and relatively consistent.
