The lady working the register this morning was very rude to me and my husband giving attitude asking what we want telling my husband he can't have almond milk in his coffee since it's frozen without explaining why then in the middle of taking our order she starts talking to the others about something they weren't even talking about before she started making us wait 5 min for it tried to make us cut our order short so we wouldn't buy more didn't even wait for me to pay before going back to talking and making the order refused to give me a receipt or acknowledge me then to top that off since she made my husband take oatmilk at least she said but then my husband gets s sick after drinking having a lactose attack his stomach still hurting hours later so I guess it's dunkins new policy to give people with allergies and sensitivity the things they have issues with since you don't care to properly train or keep your employees in check I could understand a bad day but when it affects someone's health that's a big fat no.

I go to dunkin everyday usually great service either inside or drive thru but lately when ordering on the app Im only getting half my order again today missing signature latte, muffins last time it was 2 drinks and 2 donuts.

I'd like to know who owns this dunkin, or who to talk to about this. It says open 24/7 online, twice in the last 4 days I've stopped here a quarter before 11pm, and have been met with crickets. No one says anything on the drive thru speaker, no one answers the phone, no one is in the window. I sit there for 5-10 mins and absolutely nothing at all. It's quite ridiculous .
