We noticed on the menu that our sandwich stated that it came with one side. When we asked the waitress about getting fries with it she said that she would have to charge us extra. I mentioned what it said on the menu and she said”yeah, it doesn’t actually work like that”. I consider that false advertising. We asked for mayonnaise and it never came.

February 17th 2019 was a dark day for NE Ohio dining. At 2PM on that day, NE Ohio lost 5 Eat’n Park locations in several different areas. Since then, Warren became one of two remaining NE Ohio Eat’n Park locations along with Austintown. This may be the only restaurant I know of that you can get off a freeway and almost instantaneously be in the parking spot, at least for 82/5 going east. The restaurant itself is great for what it does. It’s always nice combining a regular entree along with the salad bar. Speaking of the salad bar, this location has the famous pistachio pudding. Hermitage didn’t have that when I went. However, the individual Smiley cookie wrapping is generic compared to Hermitage, but that’s just a random thing. The cookies themselves are always very good. As always, the salad bar chili is amazing. This location needs to stick around as it’s one of the only ways that people of NE Ohio will get the Eat’n Park experience. I hope a comeback eventually happens, but Warren does the job very well for now.

I hadn't gone to this location in some time and was hoping for a better experience. I think ordering off the menu is a lower priority as they have the breakfast buffet. My eggs Benedict arrived with no Canadian bacon and one of the eggs had a yolk cooked solid. I asked for the Hollandaise sauce to be on the side rather than placed over the eggs. I was charged extra for that. They covered the eggs with a heavy coating of paprika. My order was redone correctly, but when I don't go out to eat a lot, a nice experience is important to me.
The food was good, as expected (I always order the salad bar). The service left a lot to be desired, but they are, as always, severely understaffed so the servers are run ragged.
