Love their Cajun fries. Their burgers are great, but so expensive. You are paying the same as a dine in restaurant, but with the speed of fast food. I like how they use peanut oil to fry the fries.

Waited 2-3 minutes to get my order taken. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no toppings and barbecue sauce on the side. I got the barbecue sauce and it was filled maybe 1/4 of the way. When asked if I could get another cup. Employee was very rude and said I gave you barbecue sauce already. Fries were very salty. Paid with a gift card then asked if ok to throw away after I said I would like my card back. They need to hire employees with good attitude and ones that enjoy working

Food was amazing, and made quick. The two male workers, one with purple hair, and one with black hair ALWAYS have good vibes when I come in late night. Atomsphere is friendly and fun even at night. 10/10.

This franchise specifically falls under the you get what you pay for category :-) the beef is premium quality the burgers they make have this old-timey fifties Diner kind of feel and of course they deservingly flaunt good comments from the Washington Post and other renowned sources let's not forget the fact that you always get a generous amount of amazing french fries! But the strawberry milkshake, Moy magnifico!
Parking: Standard parking spaces seem slightly larger which is generous because it prevents door dings
Kid-friendliness: It's an awesome place LOL what's not to like? And I think kids today enjoy the red and white checker vibe plus the delicious food!
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely room for everybody doors are wide enough no stairs everything straight
