They refused me service on my united health care o t c card Said they didn't have to honor it at that location that it's not accepted at the get-go gas station at all even though so I buy stuff from one another place so I called the manager back She says I'm wrong. She hangs up on me so I call back and I asked why she hung up on me She then says that I was calling her stupid. So I let her know that I had recorded that call and that she was lying. She then tells me it's illegal to record somebody in ohio even though when I called there they recorded me with a message saying that. She says she's going too sue me. I call back later, get another manager that refuses to give me his name. And he says he knows I'm the guy that his manager hung up on. And hes not gonna talk to me either. And hang up on me.

Cakes and cupcakes are always pretty good. They are good about letting you put in an order for next day. Never any real issues and always get what we want. Better to call in morning or early afternoon. The night staff isn't always knowledgeable about what goes on there. Also apparently there is a yellow cupcake shortage? No problems getting yellow cake though.
