She is also a Type 1 Diabetic so inclusion means everything. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and the pickup process was so easy! I was so excited to find out about Ginger's bakery! I ordered a German Chocolate cake and Canolli from her and she absolutely did not disappoint. The Canolli seriously tasted like what I imagin they will taste like in Heaven! The German Chocolate cake was moist and perfect, and because of her dedicated gluten free kitchen I was able to enjoy both with zero worries! Ginger, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for doing what you do. you are truly a blessing to those of us who just want a little bit of normal back in our diets!

If you just want one of something, you can order from her Single Serving Saturday menu. I have been doing this for over a year and she always has something different. Order and pick-up are super easy.

A few of my favorites are her version of Girl Scout cookies, samosas, thin mints, and shortbread. Her pizza crust ???, Love It!!! ? (say goodbye to thin crust & cauliflower). Perogies, tortellinis, haluski noodles, oatmeal cream pies (like Little Debbie's only bigger & better), cheesecake.....EVERYTHING!!!

I will share the fact that I even cried. I also ordered donuts, a Cream Stick, and Pecan Roll. All were beyond amazing.
