I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and asked for a LARGE order of white rice which I paid extra for. I got all the way home and found no rice in my order. So I had to go all the way back over to the restaurant to get the rice I did not get. I was told whoever packed the order thought I wanted appetizers when that's literally not even how this is ordered. It is NOT an appetizer, so I'm confused on that? The container on the left is a quart, or large size. The container on the right is a pint or small. So I paid extra for a small container of rice. I probably will not return. I had the bourbon chicken lunch portion. Portion size great, flavor great. Chicken very dry. I have never had Chinese chicken that wasn't tender & I'm 70 yrs old. I don't know if it was over cooked or old. My husband had general tsos that was done right.
I was a walk in , ordering my lunch for work, they don't take cards so I went across the parking lot to get cash out of the ATM and told them that's what I was doing. When I came back they hadn't even started my order. When I asked why she said people order food and don't come back with the money, if you call in you don't pay right a way and they make your food. She then told me it'll be okay. She had already took my money so I had to wait, made me late for work. Next time I will go to the one in Niles

The food here is hit and miss; not at all consistent. The chicken and broccoli was a bit bland but good. The bourbon chicken was incredibly dry, like it was left over from the night before and re-saused. It looked good but was not edible; the rice was just ok.
