Loved this place as a kid. The chili dogs are great fries were okay probably would have been better if i had eaten in. The strawberry shake was pink but just tasted like a really good vanilla shake where thatšš lol Staff was very nice too!!

I love coming to the Hot Dog Shoppe. I just moved in this area. The only the only disappointing thing is seeing all the thrash all over the yards and along Ford Street. Thats not cool and would probably deter others from visiting there. Other than that the food is good and everyone is very pleasant

So sad that HDS has gotten so bad. I ate my hot dogs and they literally had no flavor. I donāt know what happened but it tasted disgusting. The chili and the cheese was runny and I couldnāt tell them apart they were so flavorless. Really sad growing up on such an awesome staple to see it had come to this. This will probably be my last time spending money on one of my childhood favorites places to eat. Very disappointed. Not to mention they charged me twice for the fries and my mom didnāt realize it because so it cost me $20 for 2 hot dogs and a fry. Overpriced, poor service, terrible food. Rest in Peace Hot Dog Shoppe
It was a great place to visit. Good food great portions and the chili was most excellent. The shakes are great too. Can't wait to go back.

My son and I went last night at about 7:30 pm. All seating sections were closed down except for the first section. This was full of a large family with all seats taken as well as the two booths. The family was just ordering their food so we knew it was going to be some time before we could be seated. My son asked if we could sit at the bar in the middle section and were told no. They donāt close until 9pm. Sorry Hot Dog Shoppe you need to do better!! You are already struggling from the reviews about quality of food we really wanted to give you another chance. You have lost a lifetime customer. Customer service lis a key factor in the service industry and the lack of customer service is evidence that you donāt want the business.
