Quick service. Plenty of meat on the subs. Need to do so.ething with the decor to help with the echo in the building. It makes it hard to hear what they are saying. Hubbies complaint was that his sub was put together very sloppily, a ton of meat on o e end and a little on the other.

Went today to grab lunch while out shopping. I went through the drive through, asked the lady if I could make a tuna sub into a slim. She said I could do the totally tuna. I said, "okay, can I have that without the cucumbers and add extra mayo, please". She said that I could only get meat and cheese, no extras. I even clarified with her, that I could not add any mayo, because I this was a first that I have ever been told I couldn't add mayo. I was dumbfounded when she said I couldn't add a condiment. I was then told that I could get a Little John instead...I agreed. I get my sub, no extra mayo and it had cucumbers on it. I will not be back to JJ's. This is my second bad experience at this location.

Have literally NEVER gotten a correct order. I don't even order anything crazy, but somehow it's always wrong. This time I tried to get the new RB Bourbon Club, ended up with Turkey and BBQ sauce???? Many times I've ordered chips/cookies and never get them. Overall terrible location, slow service.

Literally my favorite place to get a sub I had their new sub with the sriracha and smoked cheddar cheese with turkey and bacon and it was absolutely fabulous I hope they keep the sandwich because I will be getting it again

I order a amazing chicken sandwich from them. Good food chips no fries though. Employees where friendly said hi when I walked in. A women named shawn was excellent took my order got it right and the team was quick.

Have visited this location many times. Staff is always pleasant. Nice accessible location, clean restaurant. Wish that corporate had NOT discontinued Jimmy Mustard and Sprouts as optional toppings.
Vegetarian options: #6 Veggie, comes w avocado spread. Used to come w sprouts, but they were Discontinued.
This is the worse sub shop I have ever been too. Only serve cold subs, they pre pick toppings and the food is disgusting. I only could taste lettuce. I will continue to go JERSEY MIKES!!!

I need to start ordering with extra oil&vin bc the last few times I could barely taste it. Otherwise, the staff has always been friendly to us. Not knocking the staff but it's not "freaky fast" but they do have now hiring signs posted multiple places so they must be short staffed, they probably don't pay enough so be kind.

Service was friendly but very slow. And my sandwich is the size of a sushi roll. They literally cut my tomato and cucumber slices in half so they would fit on the tiny sub bread. I didn’t ask for that.
