The food was prepared and served to perfection. The staff was so polite and respectful. The staff was also very helpful in giving my party and I information about the portion sizes and were very effective at servicing customers in the store and in the drive thru at the same time. The atmosphere was amazing. The happiness of the staff reflected in their professionalism and was felt throughout the interaction. The intriguing signs around the inside of the building complimented the feel of the restaurant. All in all I would and will totally recommend to friends, family, and strangers alike.

I have never had a bad experience at this establishment. The workers got done with my sandwich so fast and it was absolutely amazing. Additionally, they asked me if everything that comes with the sandwich is alright which already got my respect as a picky eater. Overall, a 10/10 experience!!!!! Will be coming back again and again.

I’m not one to bash establishments ever but this one is a first for me. Ordered a mobile pick up order and when I got home there was an ant crawling on the outside of the sub and a dead ant smashed on the inside of my sub wrapper. I submitted to the franchise owner but heard nothing back. Obviously they have an ant problem and I just want them to acknowledge they know.

Order was wrong and when I called I got a rude manager who said there was nothing he could do because I got what I paid for. Well my order was never read back to me and I never got a receipt at transaction only with my food. By then I was already home and the manager said I could come back 10 minutes till close and BUY what I was supposed to have gotten..

Quick service. Plenty of meat on the subs. Need to do so.ething with the decor to help with the echo in the building. It makes it hard to hear what they are saying. Hubbies complaint was that his sub was put together very sloppily, a ton of meat on o e end and a little on the other.

Went today to grab lunch while out shopping. I went through the drive through, asked the lady if I could make a tuna sub into a slim. She said I could do the totally tuna. I said, "okay, can I have that without the cucumbers and add extra mayo, please". She said that I could only get meat and cheese, no extras. I even clarified with her, that I could not add any mayo, because I this was a first that I have ever been told I couldn't add mayo. I was dumbfounded when she said I couldn't add a condiment. I was then told that I could get a Little John instead...I agreed. I get my sub, no extra mayo and it had cucumbers on it. I will not be back to JJ's. This is my second bad experience at this location.
Have literally NEVER gotten a correct order. I don't even order anything crazy, but somehow it's always wrong. This time I tried to get the new RB Bourbon Club, ended up with Turkey and BBQ sauce???? Many times I've ordered chips/cookies and never get them. Overall terrible location, slow service.

I order a amazing chicken sandwich from them. Good food chips no fries though. Employees where friendly said hi when I walked in. A women named shawn was excellent took my order got it right and the team was quick.
