The ice cream (both pints, one of salty dog and one of mocha chunk) had some gritty substance in them. Disgusting. Will not be back. Can go to grocery and get delicious ice cream that tastes fresher than that! Dairy queen is better! This is an ICE CREAM shop....their ice cream should be better than the local grocery. I live on the same street...and will drive much farther to get something that doesn't have sand in it. What a shame. Just close up shop if this is how much you care about the quality of the product u put out. ??

The past three times I went here, I paid for a thick milk shake. And received extra cold milk. Don't waste your time here. It's horrible.

We paid $11.50 for 2 brownie sundaes....they had about 1/5 of a cup of ice cream on top....not even close to 1/2 scoop...and one tsp of whipped cream.....a lot of money for barely any ice cream or toppings on a "specialty sundae"

The service is ridiculously slow! Ice cream is good, but not worth the wait! Hire more people. I was stuck in line and couldn't leave for over 30 minutes. Only two cars ahead of me.

Unfortunately we waited in line over 20 mins and then were told there's no low sugar or sugar free options as stated on the website (which is why we drove there) so a little disappointed we had to go find somewhere else to go.
