The pints have been half of the amount lately, staff expressed they were directed by leadership. Leadership denied it but this has been going on for the last couple of months with the same thing.

Worst Ice Cream ive eat. I got sick My Fiance at the time was Pregnant got so sick she thought she was going to die. I've talked to other who said the same. So Please Be Careful eating there. I wouldn't recommend this if it was the last place on Earth. Go to Irene's Ice Cream in Cortland on 305 Best Place to get Ice Cream.

I am very highly disappointed with our visit today. Saturday, May 25th. We stop here at least once a week for the coconut almond delight waffle cone. Never any issues at all, except of course today. The cone was just plain ice cream, no chocolate pieces, no coconut pieces, no almonds.. nothing, and the waffle cone was very soft, like tasted stale. I really hope they address this problem because I love going here.

Don't bother going. They are super close to where we are. And as such we keep trying them and keep being disappointed. It doesn't matter what time of the year it is. They are constantly out of stock

Terrible service. The girls here are constantly changing. And none of them seem to know how to do their jobs. They are almost always out of at least half of their ice creams. Today the girl charged my card then told me they couldn't make banana splits. Not only were they out of bananas but they were out of strawberry ice cream. Then she was out of the next ten ice cream flavors I asked for. No black raspberry. No sherbets of any flavor.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this location. I know it is “only“ an ice cream shop, but sometimes something like that can really make your day so much better especially when you have kids. The owner of this business is one of the last normal business owners that I know of that exists. He actually cares if he retains his customers and treats people with respect, and is actually genuinely thankful and appreciative of their patronage. It is so common to be mistreated by business owners, and managers that when I encounter someone like this man, it really makes me so grateful. I hope that this place stays in business for many many years to come because they deserve all the success in the world. They always go above and beyond to make things right even when something is just a small inconvenience such as being out of your favorite ice cream flavor. The owner volunteered to mix in the items by hand just because I was disappointed. I am a little embarrassed to admit that, because it kind of makes me sound like a food obsessed fatty. But I really want everyone to understand what a wonderful place this is. And their ice cream is simply the best. I live like 15 mins away and pass H AND DQ. I will always drive the extra few miles to come here. The people who work here are always polite, kind, and always let you know they are happy you have chosen to come there. Thank you for being a positive place in Howland and a sunny spot in the world.?-A customer for life

Ice cream was just as I remembered from my youth. But ... management needs to know I waited 30 minutes when there were only 2 ppl in front of me. I shared my concerns with the very nice young person who took our order, and he apologized profusely. Almost left and went to Dairy Queen.Great ice cream. Lousy management.
