They changed the strawberry ice cream and not for the better. I was a bit disappointed actually. But the ice cream overall is fresh.

Got a banana split on 6/16@6 pm the ice cream scoops were so small there were hardly any toppings. It was pitiful! We also order a pint of chocolate peanut butter ice cream…no peanut butter it was plain chocolate! Last stop there for us!

We ordered 2 malts and a cone and the degree to which they messed it up was impeccable, one of the malts was just plain vanilla and the other tasted burnt. How do you burn ice-cream

The pints have been half of the amount lately, staff expressed they were directed by leadership. Leadership denied it but this has been going on for the last couple of months with the same thing.

Worst Ice Cream ive eat. I got sick My Fiance at the time was Pregnant got so sick she thought she was going to die. I've talked to other who said the same. So Please Be Careful eating there. I wouldn't recommend this if it was the last place on Earth. Go to Irene's Ice Cream in Cortland on 305 Best Place to get Ice Cream.

I am very highly disappointed with our visit today. Saturday, May 25th. We stop here at least once a week for the coconut almond delight waffle cone. Never any issues at all, except of course today. The cone was just plain ice cream, no chocolate pieces, no coconut pieces, no almonds.. nothing, and the waffle cone was very soft, like tasted stale. I really hope they address this problem because I love going here.
