We just walked out without ordering and went next door to pizza hut. It was disgusting in there. The floor doesn't feel or look like it's seen a mop in a month. We waited in line for about 10mins without any employees even acknowledging any of the customers. One customer ahead of us walked out before us without ordering also. The health department needs to go in there. It was really filthy. The dining room floor was so sticky you could see people's shoe prints wherever they walked.

I got the $7 three piece tender meal and these were the smallest overcooked tenders I have ever had they were terrible and the biscuits were dry and hard the pie bites dry and flavorless but at least the mashed potatoes and gravy was hot and tasted pretty good so I recommend just going somewhere else honestly

The food seemed like it had be sitting a while. I barely got a full scoop of mash and mac but the biscuits were still soft. Other than that the service was great. The girl at the window was polite and kept a smile on her. She handed me my card and the food immediately after. Big ups on the speedy service. Never been to a KFC that fast before.

I only ordered one Dunkin' box and I'm sitting here for 20 minutes and they made me pull up. Anyway, it's one Dunkin' box. They got me sitting next to a nasty garbage can while waiting.
Placed an order online, which included of 2 large coleslaws and a sweet tea. Husband gets there to pick it up and they did not have coleslaw to fulfill my order and also don’t have sweet tea. Husband comes home with a large of corn and extra biscuits. Even though he states he asked for extra corn, so there was alittle of confusion there. I call and said was there even a way to cancel or refund my order and Sabrina the manager stated there wasn’t a way. So now I’m just sitting here thinking well why wasn’t there a way to get a refund when they can’t fulfill orders at 9pm
Ordered both drive thru and doordash. This restaurant likes to just hand out orders. They don't pay attention to what people order. I recommend buying food from another KFC and double check everything if you buy from this one.

Went to the drive through today. Tried to order a promotional meal that was highlighted on the drive through menu. The person taking my order said I needed to give her the item number. I explained there was no order number. I then read her the description of the meal and gave her the price. She replied that I had to give her the item number. I again told her that there was no item number. She told me that if there was no item number I couldn’t order that meal. She told me without a number there was no way for her to figure out what I wanted. She did tell me that I could pick something else off the menu but only if there was an item number. I left without ordering. They had 6 foot tall advertisements for the item I wanted on the windows. Ugh.
