Ordered both drive thru and doordash. This restaurant likes to just hand out orders. They don't pay attention to what people order. I recommend buying food from another KFC and double check everything if you buy from this one.

Went to the drive through today. Tried to order a promotional meal that was highlighted on the drive through menu. The person taking my order said I needed to give her the item number. I explained there was no order number. I then read her the description of the meal and gave her the price. She replied that I had to give her the item number. I again told her that there was no item number. She told me that if there was no item number I couldn’t order that meal. She told me without a number there was no way for her to figure out what I wanted. She did tell me that I could pick something else off the menu but only if there was an item number. I left without ordering. They had 6 foot tall advertisements for the item I wanted on the windows. Ugh.

Bought a 3 piece tender meal. The tenders are sooo small they are chciken nuggets. I asked for mashed and got fries. Cant wait for Popeyes to open. Who decided the rudest person there should work the drive thru?

This place is getting rough and ran down. Grass isn't mowed, parking lot it a dam mess, and the inside isn't much better. Not a soul here besides the 2 workers I see. Took 16 minutes to get my order that wasn't very big. It got messed up twice is why. Put some dam money back into your product

Location was DARK..lights weren't on...Waited 20 mins in store after ordering online... Employees couldn't decide who was supposed to finish our meal...they were sitting down talking and just not giving a crap about the professional side to the store..no one was in charge or seemed to know what was going on!!..one girl was changing her clothes as we waited for our food and she proceeded to sidetrack the other girl that seemed to be trying...our food was cold..shorted..and just a horrible experience altogether...we WILL not be returning to this location

Horrible service. My husband called to see what oil they use. Our son has a peanut and tree nut allergy. She said can you please quit playing around and hung up on him. Do not eat at this location. The one by the mall is amazing with our sons allergy.
