I ALWAYS place a very big order and always in advance I give them at least a 2 hour window. Every time I do I end up waiting over 40 minutes for my order the manager is ignorant and could care less. They lost my business and I will be calling a corporate office

The place dirty at best- needs a good cleaning. The customer service is nonexistent. Certain food unavailable. The outside has full trash containers and trash strewn around. Not surprised that at noon the place was empty.

Really simple order...I asked for 8 pieces of Original Recipe. I received 8 pieces of extra Crispy. Then had the audacity to ask me to return the food to the other side of town.

It is the worst KFC that I have ever seen. If they run out of Original recipe chicken at 730 they do not make anymore. Every time I go there and they’re out of something. The employees forget that they are there to serve the public and the one manager there is horrible. If you try to call them, they hang up on you or won’t answer the phone. They will take it off of the hook. They are pretty consistent on screwing up your order. I don’t see them staying open much longer. I tried to get the district manager‘s phone number or email, but they would not give it to me.

Placed an online order an hour in advance, food just come out as I walked through the door, and it was absolutely perfect!! Wow I have never had such a great meal from kfc ever in my life! The employees were very pleasant and both greeted me promptly. Will for sure be back!

Always sold out of everything, never answers the phone. They weren’t able to fulfill two of my orders now. I’m over going to this location.
we have been going there for lunch for quit sometime however the service is getting extremely bad,cashier are rude and unknowing no people skills. the last 3 times we have been there in a month .we spent our entire 20min lunch waiting for our food , which was wrong ( i got food to go it came to me on an eatin tray. i ordered a 4pc dinner that had 2legs and2 thighs not what i ordered) we have had to wait on food to be prepared as we wait. no large sandwichs, no breast, the nuggets had to be made when ordered. this might be understandable if it were busy.not sure why a fast food company doesnt have food on hand or ready for lunch rush.there is no eagerness to help customers, employees move around as if they have 50lb weights on there feet. also the cleanliness of the inside of the building was something to be desired.

I am so done with this place!!! I have tried to give this kfc chance after chance to pull it together but its not getting better! The other night, the family was craving kfc so decided to grab the 16 piece tender meal with mashed tats and gravy, fries and mac n cheese. I waited a total of 27 minutes and paid 48 bucks just to get dry chicken, no Mac n cheese and mediocre fries. Now I have done my fair share of fast food/customer service jobs, I get that sometimes your just not on your game, but somebody needs to do something about this place!!!! I'm done contacting the main office and not seeing anything get done about it so I'm just gonna keep reviewing places because that's apparently where people pay attention.

We just walked out without ordering and went next door to pizza hut. It was disgusting in there. The floor doesn't feel or look like it's seen a mop in a month. We waited in line for about 10mins without any employees even acknowledging any of the customers. One customer ahead of us walked out before us without ordering also. The health department needs to go in there. It was really filthy. The dining room floor was so sticky you could see people's shoe prints wherever they walked.
