Should of had 6 items, missing 2 items once got home
Called to let them know, held 10 minutes first time with no manager answering, called back and waited another 5 with no manager picking up

Food was EXCELLENT! Service was questionable. We had a delayed server.. Ppl came in later day behind us and had their food before we did. That answered my guest excessively because they thought it was racially charged. Meanwhile I had to calm the moment because he didn't even want to eat after the slight.

Needed a place to unwind for lunch. Service was excellent, the cheeseburger and French Onion soup was delicious. Not terribly expensive, but even some of the fast food places I go can approach what it cost here today. Highly recommend.

Great food, never have had a bad meal here.

My wife and I frequent this restaurant once a week. Usually a great meal and outstanding service! Unfortunately today my ribs were overcooked and burned black on the underside! My mistake for not sending them back. Service as usual was great !

We go there for lunch all the time. You can't beat their lunch menu and it's always perfect. I recommend the burger for $9.99

We came in and asked for a table for 4 and the host just stared at us. I have to repeat the 2nd time then she said give her one second. She came back and asked us to go with her. Her attitude was not good at all. She DROP the menu on the table with her back turned to me and walked away. This is my friends and my very first time here. The first impression is really important.

The service was great and the food was good. I asked for well done steak. They overcooked it but made me another one that i got medium well. We are staying at The Grand Resort 3 miles away and Longhorn absolutely blows away the casual restsurant in here, called The Atrium. The resort overcooked my mothers prime rib and did nothing to rectify it.

Desirea was amazing!! She was so fast with everything we needed and knew what we wanted before we did. She was so nice and her vibe was just the best! The manger Denise was incredible too! Food was amazing but the service made the experience the best! It’s refreshing to see people liking their job and having a good time.

So I walked in longhorn on a Sunday evening wanting to eat and watch the rest of the browns game so I walked over to the bar and it was a mess as I’m standing there patiently waiting for what was over 10 minutes for the bartender RACHEAL to come back to the bar and another 5 for her to actually acknowledge me and when she did she told me I was going to have to wait with no sense of urgency to clean out the bar so I can at least take a seat. Another customer saw what was happening and offered me a seat and I was very appreciative of the gesture but the way the seats were I would have men basically sitting on her lap with how big he mess was at the bar ! I politely declined and walked back to the front and asked to be seat at a booth ! They sat me in a BEAUTIFUL young lady section by the name of Shelly and she saved the night with her attentiveness and caring attitude She was very polite and checked on me. Every chance she got. she made me feel very welcome in this establishment unlike RACHEAL Who made me very uncomfortable and like I didn’t belong! If it wasn’t for Shelly this would’ve been my LAST time at this establishment! THAK YOU SHELLY!

Food was amazing. I got a 8oz sirloin cooked medium with a sweet potato and broccoli. Service was amazing definitely will be coming back. Found my new weekly spot. Well done 👏
