I had the pleasure of having Desiree as my waitress, also dined on my own for the first time and if I could have her as my Mom I would lol. She is amazing and knows what she is doing and personable. Give her a raise now or now. Additional did not get the name of the server that was assisting her but she was very nice as well. Also, whoever cooked my steak did it perfectly.

Came here to eat after the eclipse. For the first time in a long time when dining out, all of our food was right. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The only downside is the steer above the bar staring at us judgementally. Back off sir, I had wings! Friendly service, great food.

Was told this place wasn't that great but decided to give it a shot, they were right the service was horrible the waiter kept getting all our orders wrong he didn't ask how we wanted our steak cooked, the amount of food was not enough for the price of it, the waiter also took like 3 times to get our checks right. Just all around bad. Don't go here go to the other 3 steakhouses in the area over this one.

We waited an hour but told 15-20 minute wait. We got seated and sat about 20 minutes and no one ever acknowledged us so we finally left. We had three kids and idk if that's a deterant but we are hard working people that serve this community and if we were judged off having children. I pray that wasn't why but my heart is sad and to Boardman we will always go. What a waste of an hour and a half.

It was very cold in the restaurant. The onion petals we ordered had a strong bite to them and got cold and hard fast. Tables are too small to fit all the plates on for 4 people. The sirloin steaks were tuff and not cooked correctly. They cook my wife wrong and she had to wait almost a half hour to get it back by then everybody else was done eating. Never again. Besides everything was overpriced anyways. I never paid $3.39 for a cup of coffee in my life.
Always great food, cooked right and great service. Been here several times and never disappointed. Finally an affordable place where you actually get what you pay for!

Today was my birthday so I got to pick a place to go, so me wanting to go somewhere new, I chose longhorn to try it for the first time. We were a table of 7 and we all had a great energy, happy and laughing. We got a waiter, which I can't even remember his name cause I don't think he introduced himself. He seemed quiet and irritated from the beginning but I am a sucker for workers anywhere I always think maybe they are having a bad day and try to give them a chance. It took 40 minutes to get our drinks after ordering them and our salads came before he came out with the drinks by an entirely different person. It took another 20 minutes to recieve our food. At this point we've been there an hour and a half. No refills no extra bread, no time to ask for condiments because the waiter would disappear for half hour at time. The waiter never asked me how I would like my steak so I forgot to say something, but surprisingly it came out perfect. (Food was decent food no complaint there) I told him to get me chicken tenders and a fruit bowl for my son and he rang me up for fries. A different waitress came over to serve the food and she tried telling me they were gonna charge me for the fruit cup after he wrote my order in wrong ? the manager was standing there and she said "no no I got it" she seemed pissed at her crew. They all were stumbling over each other, some were standing around some were sitting at the tables, some of them looked attentive but the atmosphere was just bleh. At the end it took the waiter 3 times going back and forth to get our order split up correctly and then he still charged us wrong. That manager gotta hire some older people that know the business and fire the lazy unmotivated staff. I felt bad for her, seeing the look on her face when I told her he never asked me how I want my steak done. My husband was pissed and my mother but we still tipped him 20 dollars, he's lucky he got that honestly.Vegetarian options: There is none

Had party of 12 dont take reservations, called ahead and went there, mgr was rude and said hour and a half wait and were told 2 large parties ahead of us no one was there waiting at all and reserv. Weren't an option????
