The lady who handed us our food at 02/15/25 said nothing at all to us when handing out our food and looked super annoyed, when I realized I was missing the apples I asked for them at the window while I was there and the lady put her hands up and shrugged her shoulders. When I came inside to get the apples she didn’t say a word to me after looking at me several times until a cook asked me what I needed and I just said apples. She then grabbed the apples and barely handed them to me and didn’t say a word about anything and almost dropped the apples in front of me because I didn’t have a hold of them yet. She was very irritated it seems and never said a single word during the entire experience though

put in a mobile order yesterday for north rd knowing they’re one of the less problematic stores in our area, but the app somehow sent it to this location so i already knew whatever food i ordered wouldn’t be worth my money. this place used to be infested with roaches, if not still. i ordered two mcchickens, both of which were dry as all hell with the tiniest dot on mayo on them that i could barely even see. also ordered a milkshake that they claimed they couldn’t make and had to refund, yet they didn’t feel like refunding us so the store manager herself lied straight to my face saying you have to process refunds through the app but mcdonald’s OFFICIAL WEBSITE says refunds will be processed in store, and as soon as i provided that evidence she immediately switched to saying “well i can just make the milkshake now if you want” okay so why couldn’t you make it when i first ordered it then you lazy mfs? THEN we get handed the most vile looking milkshake ive ever seen, the chocolate wasn’t mixed and there was green shamrock shake at the bottom which proves enough that they don’t keep their stuff sanitary. yall save your money and go to north rd or millennium blvd in cortland instead of this laughing stock of a mcdonald’s.

I ordered two triple cheese burgers and they gave me two double cheese burgers seems there just lazy and don't want to do there job this place needs either all new staff or just shut the place down

This store sucks. Nothing new as it always kinda has. The guy working the drive thru intercom. Why you in such a hurry? Ask me what I want then ask me to repeat it. It's easier if you just listen. I say 1 item, "is that all"? No. Stfu and let me order. Get to the window and there's 3 people working. Speedy, literally taking orders and that's it. A girl taking money and handing out orders. Then another girl making sure the foods in the bag. But still no napkins and I had to ask for a straw? Jesus how pathetic. In my fast food days, that was 1 persons job and you did your best to triple check it's all right. Get the robots already and send these wonderful people to the unemployment line.
I know better than to come here. Thanks for the extra slices of cheese but you could have kept the onions

This location is one of the worst McDonald's in Trumbull county the are very rude they are extremely slow it takes at least 15 to 25 minutes to get your food the ice cream never is work nore is the smoothie machine

This is the 4th time I've been here and every time my food is either cold or wrong I have called and left complaints on the number on the drive thru wall I have emailed and also called the store nothing has ever been done about it also the staff is very rude so you either leave nad or disappointed.. The whole experience was just bad... This is the sandwich I received after taking it back cause it was made wrong the 1st time
