Great experience at this store on thanksgiving. Ciera the manager went above and beyond to make sure my food was hot and fresh due to having issues with the Nile’s location recently. I will be coming to this location moving forward they actually take pride in their work compared to the Niles location who closes early every night and ignores guest. Thank you Ciera and great job.

I went with my family to get food and received cold burgers. Every time I go to this location at night it takes almost an hour just to get food and service. The day time service is way better but the night time service leaves something to be desired.

If I make an order on your app for breakfast, it shouldn't matter if I get to the restaurant at 10:40 or whatever. I completed and paid for the order while breakfast was going or I wouldn't of been able to order it! So do your job, get the stuff needed and make it! Not tell me you have to substitute my order for lunch stuff, that's not what I ordered!! Either McDonald's needs to do better on their app or they need their staff to do better!!! Complete bull!!!

I would advise driving 15 minutes to go to any other location over this one because they will stand and stare at you at the counter for 15 minutes and when you finally .... and IF you finally get service they're 100% going to do something wrong from your order. And this is not just a one-time experience this is every time I go there, More than once I had to walk out after 5:00 or 10 minutes of not even getting any service while I watch people prepare GrubHub or DoorDash that the driver is not even there for yet..... Unbelievable, these are the same people that want to be paid more 😅
