Usually when I go to McDonald's, this one & Parkman Road, it seems like the employees can't stand their job. Tonight, I came to South Street and there was a smiling, really nice woman working the window. It's the best experience I've had at McDonald's for a long time. That was nice!

The manager was so kind and sweet! She had such a positive upbeat personality even while they were busy! The whole team Was very nice and quick/efficient with orders! You could tell that all the employees respect her, which makes a huge difference. When she would ask the employees for something, she would say please and thank you to them! Good job to this McDonald’s, plus the girl who made my frappé made it so pretty

Friendly and prompt taking orders but after that things can get a bit frustrating; every so often. The drive thru takes cars out of order religiously. If you happen to order inside, it can be slower, because the drive thru takes priority as guests.
However the inside is cleaner than 80% of other fast food chains in the area. Especially compared to the Niles one with play area.
