Thank you to the two wonderful morning managers who were working that helped the older adult employee who was not feeling well.
You did an excellent job and had excellent team work. Thank you for taking the time to get to know your employee well enough to know how to positively handle the situation. You saved this woman from having a possible very difficult situation arise that could have affected her quality of life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Amazing job❣️
Every single time we go here, our order is wrong. Every time. It never fails. My husband ordered a LARGE SPRITE with no ice. What did he get? A large coke, that tastes like absolute crap, with ice. He questioned it, and was told he was wrong. Our receipt says we were correct but we don’t have time to sit there and argue. We’ll just get on 82 from the other end of town and go to the McDonald’s on 46. At least we haven’t had any issues there. 🙄 $15 an hour? Hell no....
so glad bagels are back. order is always correct and fast. my son just had his first Happy Meal this week.

Surprisingly cheaper than other locations, despite fancier decor. Parking in yellow lines, ensure it's empty first. Some discrepancies in nugget counts, but overall a fine experience for a 10-year-old. Staff, especially manager Shayla, provides exceptional customer service, showing genuine care for customers and employees. The restaurant used to have a second floor with a piano, but it was closed during Covid and has not reopened. Service has declined recently, with issues at the drive-thru, including long waits and ignored orders. The automatic answering machine often causes delays, and customers prefer to be served by staff directly.
