Pick any other McDonald's you will wait at a minimum of 15 minutes and if you get pulled pray they dont forget about you and your order

Can’t think of a single time I’ve been there where all of my food was in the bags. Every time they manage to forget something, even if I ask ahead of time. “Are there sauces in the bags?” or “All the food is in there?”. I can think of one time it’s all been in there and there’s been no issue. Like please double check the bags before you hand them over…

How in gods name do you go through a McDonald’s drive thru and get told there’s “NO FRIES”????? That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. This place has gone downhill. Never again!!!

Haven’t been here in years. Stopped by to show my grandson the McDonald’s with a piano on the second floor. Got there and found out they closed the top floor around Covid time and never reopened it. I get it just disappointed.

Ordered on the mobile app, after being given the wrong order I was told to pull ahead and wait. When my food was finally brought out (after 10 minutes), it was missing hashbrowns. The guy went in and got them for me but when I got to work I realized none of the sandwiches were what I ordered. I called in and spoke to a manager, Tangela who gave me an awful attitude and asked what o wanted her to do about it. I asked for a refund and she said I couldn’t only get one if I come back in, which isn’t possible for me as I’m just passing through. Told me I could cancel on the app, which was not true. Told me it was because the app switched to lunchtime, which wasn’t true, then hung up. Ridiculous experience.

Service here has really declined and now they want their customers to answer to a computer at their drive-thru but every time I've tried, I get told to wait because they're not ready. I now sit and wait to be answered by a person and yesterday I was completely ignored so when I went in to order they were complaining about their drive thru time. Please get rid of the automatic answering machine because it's counterproductive.

hire some people to work the late night shift no one wants to wait 40 minutes for fast food with only 3 cars ahead of me . i literally watched about 10 -12 cars drive off because they got sick of waiting . all your doing is losing business by trying to save labor and losing customers I will never come back to this McDonald's again late night after having to wait this ridiculously long for a cheese burger

Normally I don’t snitch people but you cost me a $6.00 tip and a bad rating! I work as a driver for Door dash. You’re turning people away saying you don’t have power when you obviously do! (All the lights were on!) This was at 2:47 pm on 3/16.
