It's March 2nd, 2025, @ 12:15am. I'm Doordashing & there's ONE EMPLOYEE here! Employee Catherine deserves a RAISE, promotion , Vacation & honestly, this store should be closed since all employees flaked out/called off. Been waiting 30+ min patience is a virtue. It's NOT her fault.

This place sucks, everytime we go there the food is rarely hot or fresh, we wait 25 minutes to even get the food, and eveytime you try to place an order they ALWAYS make you wait and take the car on the other speaker first even though you got there first. Place is a joke, back in the day it was really good but I guess they just hire anybody that wants a job. Smh.

Boy has this location gone down hill.... All I wanted was a large fry and a double cheeseburger. They could even fill the fry container up more than 3/4 of the way and the top of the bun barely made it on the sandwich. Had to peel the plastic out of the cheese.... I won't be coming here anymore. Do better....

Not too shabby when you consider the fact that the franchise itself has generally declined within the past 20 years however I would say that this one seems to be well put together well-managed and rather clean as well as more efficient than most no complaints
Worst McDonald’s in the country. Wait at the Drive Thru is incredibly long. Always understaffed and employee working said they were the only one working. Get it together.

Why is it that at this time 3:47 in the morning Friday you can only accept cash. Nobody does cash. Everybody has their credit card or debit card. Did you just not wanna cook?

While they say 24hr don't expect to have many options before 6am. This location will let you place a mobile order and then when you arrive they don't have the food you have ordered. Please wait up to 7 days for your refund. Maybe @ohioAG need to get involved in this bait and switch scam. North road location
