Tried going in the store to order to make sure our order was correct. Stood there for 20 minutes after I ordered and nobody was making our order. I finally said is that my order sitting there because those french fries have been there for 20 minutes she picked up the french fries threw them in the garbage and yelled for somebody to make more so ridiculously unprofessional. Then when we got the food, it was thrown together and by the time we got home, it was nasty. We haven’t tried eating there for a few weeks. Gave my husband instructions what to get and said check the bags before you leave. Guess what he didn’t and we are missing a sandwich for kids sitting at the table and one does not have her sandwich sick of this McDonald’s being so reckless!
Kid-friendliness: It is not Ken friendliness when every time we go it’s a big deal because we’re missing food. Here it is three days before Christmas and they can’t even get four sandwiches in a bag correctly. They gave us three that’s just stupidity.

A triple cheeseburger has 2 pieces of cheese. That makes it a double cheeseburger with a extra piece of meat. Stop cheating people. As far as I know triple means 3. Also it take to long to get your order and food is cold. We would go all the time but now not at all. Price is to much also.

Second time that I received a receipt that was not printed completely at the drive through! Asked for another copy and was given the answer of the printer is low on ink! This was the 2nd time that this has happened and I can not use the survey code, the staff seems to care about the customer once they get the money! Not the way to serve the public, without the public, whey be open? I will go to a different location, away from this ownership group, if possible!

It's difficult to find a McDonald's that does the fries right...well evening shift does them well. No gripes when asked for no salt & hot please. Went on 2 different occasions about 9:30-10 pm, both time pleasing experience. I have 2 other McDonald's I could go to closer to home; fry experience and a rude mgr. makes the further away drive worth the wait. McDonald's on Parkman Rd in Warren, OH will never get my business again. McDonald's on Mahoning in Warren...yep..! Pleased every time.

The morning crew at this location is amazing....if you go on the weekend or during the evening, they are slow and not very friendly 35 min in the drive thru with 5 people in front of me

The chances of you receiving hot and fresh food is very low. Majority of the time the burgers are very dry and extremely crusty on the outer edges making the burger inedible. I literally had to throw my last 3 orders away. It would be best if I try another option or a food truck. That would guarantee anything but these crusty burgers. I honestly don't know how they are allowed to serve the burgers in this condition. I just can't pay for food I have to throw away in the trash a few minutes after receiving it.
