Ordered a sausange sandwich with two water bottles on way to work. Opened the bag when I was near work and found what appeared to be a BITE out of the muffin pre-toast, then it was toasted and the sandwich assembled. Will never get anything there again. Definitely didnt eat it and havent heard back after reaching out via email . Too bad you cant post photos in the review

Iâm extremely disappointed with the treatment my grandmother received at this McDonaldâs location. She was verbally accosted by both a staff member and the manager while simply trying to place her order. The order taker became unnecessarily hostile instead of offering basic patience or assistance. If there were issues hearing her, it would have been simple and respectful to ask her to come to the window not escalate the situation.
Whatâs worse, the manager proceeded to call my grandmother a âheffaâ and threw her money at her. That level of disrespect toward anyone, especially an elderly customer, is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
We have never had any problems with this location before, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. I have already contacted corporate, but I wanted to share this publicly as well. No customer especially someoneâs grandmother should ever be treated this way. Do better.

I called the place to order some food in the manager said no and told me to go to Burger King and my food had hair in it and the fries are cold
Went for breakfast at 8am. Everything was stale and crunchy. Crunchy cold pancakes, crunchy stale biscuits, hard English muffins. Worst breakfast I've had from McDonald's.

If only you cared about your guests. One of our double cheeseburgers was hanging out of the wrapper because who ever wrapped it folded that way. Another had two bottom buns instead of a top and bottom. But at least I got all of my orderâŠ. Oh wait. No sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. Never mind. Wish I could post the pictures of what was in my bag.
