Ordered on DoorDash. Food was splatted on the inside of the bag. If that was the only problem I could blame DD but everything just got worse. Portions were not acceptable. Ordered katsu single and got 3 stringy slices of chicken somehow both wet and dry at the same time. Rice was overcooked and the “katsu sauce” was hot soy sauce with sugar in it. Not great. Order of lumpia was half the size of the one in the photos and some had cut ends. They were stale leading me to believe they fry in large batches and hold them on standby. While my kimchi bulgogi was okay my egg was half buried and broken making me very sad. Spam misubi was depressing and small and miserable. This place is a let down in every aspect. I was excited for the return of a Hawaiian restaurant but now I can’t wait for their failure.

We got lunch delivered to work, so it was very pricy to try this place (not exactly the restaurants fault) I ordered a double chicken meal, I'm tracking my protein. I expected there to be a lot of veggies under my chicken but there were just a few small pieces. The sweet sauce had a bit of heat behind it which was not a big deal. I had high expectations for this place, but it fell a little flat for me. 5 meals with 2 extra mac cups (one I think we didn't get) delivered was $75

Really, really wanted to like you and support you but no can do. Spring rolls were the driest I've eaten! May I suggest adding finely shredded cabbage to the mix to give it some moisture. The teriyaki beef was horrible! I waited 15 minutes for my order and I only live 3 minutes away but the meal was cold!! The usual "round" scoop of rice was a small random amount thrown next to the stack of beef and veggies. The meat was tough with very little flavor. Do you know the method for marinating beef is to add a little cornstarch or baking soda to the marinade...it "silkens" the beef and makes it very tender. The teriyaki sauce is nice with a hint of ginger. SPAM musubi also a big disappointment. The cashier very nice and friendly. I sincerely doubt I'll ever be back. It truly was not worth the $23 I spent there.

If you’re into just meat and rice, then this is the place for you. food wasn’t the best, meals are supposed to come with rice, your meat and Mac salad, they packed our plate with rice and very little meat only. Everything was kinda bland, oni balls had a weird flavor.

These people should get sued they basically copied and pasted someone else's business creativity and ideas "Get Seon Aloha" their totally not original,guess they couldn't create their own menu so "0" starts for the lack of creativity... "Not islanders at all you could only imagine who would steal a culture.. take a guess ". Just people stealing culture and making money off of it. These people are thieves!!it's disgusting! Food was also disgusting!!
