Nothing Bundt Cakes

What I would like to know is why they think thier cakes are worth 33.00 dollars for fundraising. You can buy the same size bundt cake from Walmart for 5.00 dollars and they are great tasting??

Do not use this company for school fundraisers. The little ones come unwrapped in a standard box. By the time I got my order all of the cakes were hatched as rocks $48 down the drain. NBC- for freshness and sanitary reasons your food should be individually wrapped. Especially for fundraising orders.

I was having a rough day and Kayla sure turned it around. So friendly, kind, and just fabulous customer service. The store is beautiful, the staff is superb and the cakes - delicious! Many thanks for being such a positive light in the world!

Fabulous cake!! I have heard many great things about these cakes and wow! I purchased the cake for a coworker to celebrate her one year cancer free anniversary and everyone loved this cake. I ordered the lemon flavor which was absolutely yummy and moist, the icing was perfect! Looking forward to trying other flavors, and coming from someone who doesn’t eat cake this Bundt cake was delicious!

We did a personal cake for cutting at our wedding and it was amazing! 10/10 recommend. Amazing service, delicious & beautiful bundt cake! We planned to freeze the extras until our one year anniversary but couldn’t resist and already ate it because it’s so delicious!

Only thing I can really say is this place has the most amazing cakes I have ever tasted. I thank you for being proactive and introducing these delicious treats at my place of employment or I would have never known. I am a huge fan and will continue to buy all my sweet tooth needs from you.

Ordered over $150 worth of cakes a week before our party. Set them up to be delivered all through the website. Just picked some Halloween toppers for them that were were on the website saying they were available. Scheduled to be delivered between 3-3:30 PM the day of the party. Party started at 5 PM. Day of party 4 PM rolls around. I had been prepping so my phone was not stuck to me. Apparently at 3:18 PM I had a bunch of random numbers of calls I missed. Voicemails that had no message but people in the background talking to one another. Couldn’t understand the convo. Called the local NBC and they told me they had tried calling because the toppers (the fancy toothpicks) I ordered were discontinued and they were trying to call me to pick new ones but since they or the UBER EATS driver couldn’t get me that UBER cancelled my order and that I WOULD HAVE TO CALL UBER to get them to come back and delivery it. FOR TOOTHPICKS. My husband had to drive to the store at 4:30 to pick up our order. NO APOLOGIES. NO REFUND OF DELIVERY FEES. I was told it wasn’t NBC’s problem and I had to fix it with UBER. UNACCEPTABLE. Was planning on ordering for another two parties in December but will not be ever again No disclaimer on the website that they farm deliveries out. They also have their OWN branded NBC suv they do their OWN deliveries in. WTF????

I just wanted to comment on a recent visit. I ordered a new featured flavor Snickers. Oh my goodness delicious!! I would definitely order it again. They are always very nice and helpful at this store.

Very friendly staff and the food is so good. The store smells good and the decorations s are warming. The display case makes you want to buy everything in it because it’s set up to set up my taste buds! Even the packaging made me excited to try the new flavors!

I love their cakes but I am very disappointed that I signed up for their birthday club and I done it a couple of years ago and I haven’t received anything for my birthday yet. It’s disappointing because I really recommend them

Tastes like chemicals. I was so disappointed. I’ll never order again .
