Great coffee, nice place and excellent service. The food tastes good depending on what you get (sandwiches and soup, don't bother with the salads), but every single time I eat there I get a stomach ache. Their stuff has gotten way greasier over the past year. It's a shame because like I said, the taste is amazing and the prices are pretty good too compared to other spots on the square. If they fix their food, I'll definitely change my rating back to the 5 stars I had given them before.

I come here 3 times a week. Today I go an if I'm not mistaken it was the owner that took... well didn't take my order. I wanted cyob ( create your own bagel) , which I get the same 3 days a week. Tomatoes capers cream cheese fried egg on an everything bagel. So I go to order he says no no this isn't on the create your own. I said it's the same I get everytime. He rudely responds with well that's not going to happen. I'll put it in as a lox bagel without the Salmon. Which is 12 dollars and I'm not getting salmon. I said so it will be 12 dollars it's normally 8. He said ya that's how much it will be. As I just got frustrated I decided I'm just not going to order so I told my friend that was waiting for me to order her breakfast as well, that we would go elsewhere. The owner rudely yelled in the coffee shop in front of people at me. Very strange ? To of handled it correct maybe just say since my employees seem to give u this 3 times a week I'll go ahead and do the same But from here on out we won't be... would of maybe been a better way of talking to a customer but I got yelled at. It was extremely embarrassing ? Honesty im upset I will never return !!! Sad because I enjoyed this place

This was one of the better overpriced coffee shops that I've ever been to, but it's still just an overpriced coffee shop! The coffee wasn't particularly good, and the restaurant decor felt unfinished. If you're into the coffee shop vibe, you'd probably like this place, but it's just not my scene. The workers are the only thing that made it tolerable.
This is the kind of place that people go to when they want to impress their friends, or have people think that "they've made it". It's where all the white liberals go to sit with other upper middle class white liberals to pretend that they're really diverse.

The food was amazing, and the portions were great. Unfortunately, the matcha and chai tasted weak or watered down. These are drinks that both my mom and I order regularly at different venues, and they just didn't taste flavorful like we are used to. Chai was lacking in the warm spices, and the match just didn't have the usual earthy flavor. Both were iced. Service was good. Tables were a little sticky, but for the most part, the venue was clean and good atmosphere.

I wanted to express my appreciation for my employer at Nova Coffee......one of my cats is in need of surgery and in addition to the emotional toll and stress of having a sick pet, it is also costly to make him well....I received a message from my boss John Ramsey that he is willing to help with some of the vet bill....i have never had a boss/friend be so gracious....so to all you naysayers out there (you know who you are), you got it wrong ... Stopped in for lunch today and, as always, was not disappointed! Got the "sweet home avocado" toast and ended up eating most of it before I had an chance to snap a picture of it. Staff and ownership were incredibly nice as well. I highly recommend skipping the chains and supporting this great local cafe!

Was excited to find somewhere cute and with good reviews while traveling through Warren, Ohio. Stood at the counter at 1:31P (I checked) and was greeted with “do you want something else?” When I said I had not ordered anything I was then allowed to order a drink. The sign behind the counter says that the kitchen is open until 2P. When I asked if I could order food, trying to be conscious of the time, I was told that they “kind of close at 1:45P.” It was still prior to that time but the vibe was definitely a ‘no’. I asked for a lunch recommendation locally, I was told she could not recommend anywhere open locally at this time??? This honestly might be the best in Warren but it’s not the best…Maybe I just caught them at a bad time of day or situation…
